  1. I feel the ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) in a different beast to the Control Module. Still need a control module connected to the internal genset ATS or you have to use the key to start the genset manually first.
  2. Long time dead. 🙂 My control module is similar to yours and I mounted it where the start switch was. Once you install the auto start control module you don't need the start switch. The connections that went to the start switch are now terminated on the module. That black box with the red switch is my control module mounted in the genset.
  3. With my genset control module I had to disconnect the manual key start and wire in the control module. The control module takes place of the manual key start. Not sure if you're getting the control module and ATS connections confused. Sorry if you know all this.
  4. Sequence: you have to get 12 v input to pin 2 for the fuel pump, then to the start relay. All sequences in the controller. But to start all this sequence you first need an earth return to the control unit when the ATS operates. So on the ATS I think you need to connect to 1 and 3 of the circular connector.
  5. Can't find my notes, filed away somewhere. I think 1 and 2 are the control wires to and from the ATS and 14 is for the charger. May be wrong.
  6. Bit vague as don't have my genset book with me, but, when the mains fail a contact in the ATS closes and extends an earth (from the control unit) to the control unit. This then extends battery on terminal 4 ( to turn on the fuel pump), then terminal 5 ( battery to crank the starter). In my setup, the control unit monitors the 220V genset output and if not present tries to start the genset 3 times then locks out restarting. If monitored 220v is present the genset continues to run until mains is restored and the ATS restors relays to normal. I'll try and find my notes.
  7. Me too. With a Diploma in Electronics and Communications and Bachelor of Teaching (Professional and Vocational Education) +++. 🙂
  8. Confused, not forgetful.
  9. No no, have not looked at that yet. Sorry haven't considered it yet. 1. Just thinking of accessing the exercises to play on the TV. Then 2. How to save the ones we want. Then 3. How to replay the ones we want. Sorry if I'm confusing. 🙂
  10. Just set it up and playing with the new omega version. The new Omega version self update on my old box and works. 🙂 Impressive. I'll install some bits and pieces in the next few days and test it. What specific tests did you have in mind? I did notice the air mouse is a bit geriactric compared to my other Mii box. Cheap and nasty remotes. But to get lots of Zoomba and Aquaqerobics is the aim. I looked at the Pelaton bike riding app and seems like you have to pay for every download. Horrible. Thanks again for your knowledge and input. 🙂
  11. Thanks. ..model K8
  12. No. Just seems on one hand you have lots of checks and balances and on the other nothing. Ahh wait...they do take finger prints with stamp on arrival.
  13. As Dr Jack pointed put previously I am confused. It's my usual state. When someone applies for a Retirement or Marriage Visa there are all these steps to go through and the 90 day reports. Not complaining mind you. But if I come in with no visa, just stamped in (previously I thought it must be equivelant to a Tourist Visa, but wrong), I can be anyone, do anything and go anywhere with no checks. Is this about right? If so, what happened about Good Guys In, Bad Guys Out?
  14. Thank you all for the replies. 🙂 I didn't think I was getting any replies, so a bit 'Jai Rawn' and bought a HK1 RBOX. I should have waited a bit longer and bought a box that allows external drive expansion. Setting up a TV outside to download and play Zoomba Dance and Aqua exercises for my long recovery after back surgery. I'll need to download, store and replay. I really need another 2 boxes as well I have 2 very old Windows machines that are not supported anymore and one keeps handshaking with the streamed program and many times looses sync and I have to reconnect. Doesn't happen with my Kodi box. So I'll use this HK1 RBOX maybe on my music, and one of the recommended new boxes with external drive outside TV for exercises and one for lounge room TV, getting rid of the old Windows machines. Thanks again for your suggestions.
  15. F...Off you win again. 55555
  16. Thanks for that link, that's exactly what I had to do. I don't think many here are familiar with this link.
  17. I initially made wrong assumptions before appɔying. I contacted this forum for advice and that being (what I thought) was to come in to Thailand, get stamped in (which I thought meant I was a tourist) then fill in the TM form applying for Non-Imm O. I also thought I had 60 day as came in on 2 June. Imm office was initially hesitant until they checked my records (which had been removed from the computer system) and found I had years of non-imm visa extensions and this was the first time my visa had expired while overseas getting lumbar to thorasic fusion. I'm not critical of the advice received or anything, just writing my experience for other members. 🙂
  18. Last TV box I bought was an S Box. Good but I need a couple more newer ones. Watching mainly Kodi and home country channels thru VPN on my TV Any recommendations on the best Android ones availabe now?
  19. Glad we worked that out or I wouldn't have been able to sleep tonight. 🙂
  20. Right. Anyway the entrance and exit to the thing have changed since I last visited. 😉 I used to enter and exit from the main road near the parking attendant box, now this is marked Exit.
  21. Today Tuesday I took back the 4 pictures plus a map to the house requested by immigration and they were pasted onto A4 sheets for my new file. My passport has a pending stamp in it (under consideration). When Imm inspect the house and talk to neibours I will again go to Kalisin for the Retirement Visa and Multiple re-entry stamp.
  22. The entrance and exits to the immigration compound have changed since I visited last, not the internal parking.
  23. That's what immigration wanted.
