I like Hua Hin and I like the way it seems to be run. I dare say residents will see it from another angle though.

As a Hua Hin resident, I see it the same way. 

The ruling party will stop at nothing to remain in power. The Thai people deserve the government they accept, If they acquiesce to this blatant fraud.

But the delay was in no way trying to court favor for the current administration and the delay was not politically motivated

20 minutes for medical aid to arrive? 

Too little and way too late

Winter was nonexistent this year in Hua Hin.

I am referring to the woman who makes copies. I have never paid her more than 50 baht. The price of a visa has nothing to do with the services she provides. She makes copies, photos and organizes your documents. 50baht seems quite reasonable for assuring the success of your application.  Not sure who you are referring to.

What? No they don’t. Their is no dual pricing in USA. It is illegal to do so.

They have AI, meaning the Chinese can remotely operate them should the need arise

I believe many of those properties could easily be sold if Thailand developed a multiple listing database. 

The election can only be held in a month which does not have a vowel in it's name
