As stated in many posts It is clear the Chinese tourists money is not being spread around, just a privileged and greedy few riding on the package tours.
While these elites are raking it in the fate of the industry at large is of no consequence.

A headline about Nigerians, many posts about Nigerians and a story about a Chilean thief.
Confusing.

My parents worried about us watching too much TV, we probably did but we survived. In my home in Aus I see plenty of kids playing in parks, skate boarding, fishing and riding trail bikes (illegally) in vacant land. 50 years ago I did all of that. Not much has changed except kids have gadgets not much different to TV and pinball machines.

Forget taking the tourists out in the poor conditions during the off season, find some other activities for them. How hard can it be.

So the tourism minister is doing his job. Let's not let a few drownings spoil the show.
Time for the old chestnut, story of the saintly cabbie returning a million to careless tourist, must be a few days since we had one of them.

Just hope the EEC have a driving licence to chauffeur the economy in the right direction - being careful of the traffic lights and speed of course. If it happens to start going downhill for some reason, I thing most people will realise the outcome in advance.
You mean like "brakes fail on downhill run, driver runs away"

Well it's a little late for that I think, since the disaster every man and his dog has made bold public statements of blame or new plans on safety for marine tourism. Do they still have statements that need to be vetted by the ministers department?

Most of us believe right or wrong that profitable crime is sanctioned by the Thai authorities, weather they are getting brown envelopes or simply turning a blind eye while the big men go about their business.
Seems remarkable to me that this guy can close down so many scams without being called off.

Brilliant, when tourists go boating they should be tied to liferafts.

We all posted at the time our suspicions on the arrests, and then there was the intrepid RTP paying themselves the reward money!
Did it themselves to distract from something or other. there were a few other blasts around the same time.

The last time I saw a Ferrari in Thailand it was on it's roof on the freeway, a short distance down the road was a Lamborghini parked up it's driver looking back at the crash.

Well don't rush into it now will you.
Coincidently I asked in another post what ever happened to the top cop who got too close the human traffickers and promptly fled to Australia, any update on him?

It appears that her lawyer is grasping at straws.
Following his logic, if I were to be drunk and cause a fatal accident, I shouldn't be charged with drunk driving causing death if I assist the victims and rescue team after the accident. I don't think his arguments stand a chance in court.
What do arguments have to do with Thai justice.

Sound like the RTP and the Thai justice system in top gear, grab a scapegoat look no higher. Where is her husband in all this?

While the Australian government warns us of the terrifying terrorists who would steal our freedom, they and all Australian political parties are happily taking donations from foreign entities. It simply defies belief.

The trash must have made them feel at home. Now get back tell them to stop burning their land and stop burning all their household waste. Forget about coal fired power as well.

Then let it be. Slavery is illegal.
Agree, but it is more than illegal, it is a serious lack of morality and empathy.
