What makes their glitzy shopping palaces more attractive than London, New York or Dubai just to name a few.

Give me the hustle and bustle of street markets any day.

A positive improvement for safety no doubt but I am still a great believer that management of vessels leaving harbour in adverse conditions is the key to safety.

Don't worry I believe plans are in place to replace the ugly green hillside with a more suitable white wall development.

Agree, this type of thing will happen to keep China's aspirations in check, and the Thai elites will run to the US as though China never existed.
