The land of banned imported meats from the US (Beef, turkey, pork) and 100% tariffs on all imported food goods from the US, thinks its somehow going to benefit from the US-China tariff war. Give me a break. I tend to see more and more ANZ imports at Villa and Central Gourmet and fewer products imported from the US.

I am amazed at how many of these bus/truck drivers blame brake failure , the only reason this could be true is lack of proper maintenance which initially lays with the drivers who can tell when their brakes are bad and the companies who force them to keep driving them after they have been informed of the problem .
Or, that it is a fake excuse, because the divers know RTP don't perform post-collision brake inspections. That way, there is no investigation as to whether the driver fell asleep or was playing Facebook or Line on his mobile.

“There are some (questions) that create more issues for us legally than others." Rudy Giuliani.
The truth of the matter is that Mueller is already litigating a subpoena issued to Trump in a sealed and closed court case. Trump is only now trying to respond to written questions, submitted to him in January, so Emmet Flood can argue to the court that Trump has cooperated with a less invasive means to obtain the testimony. Another total sham.

Sad. In the real world, construction workers who are working at a height of more than 4 feet must be provided a safety harness and belt. Not that anyone in Thailand would wear such a thing. I recall warehouse workers who refused to wear steel-tipped shoes that were provided to them, instead opting for flip flops and barefeet, despite forklifts being driven all around them. Thailand - Safety First!

Police searched 262 locations around the country on Thursday and arrested 542 foreigners who have been living in Thailand illegally and/or committed criminal offences.
He said 48 foreigners had been arrested for overstaying their visas, 262 for sneaking into the kingdom without a visa and 232 others on other charges.
More and more, these random raids are looking like a shakedown to fund RTP's gambling, drinking and mia noi/gik addictions.

If he didn't use a condom, a rape kit/medical examination would close the case based on DNA evidence. I mean, they can view the CCTV, if it was working, but the real evidence is the DNA match.

It would not be wise to ever release him. He killed Lennon over something that Lennon said fourteen years earlier, that the Beatles were more popular than Jesus. Religious zealots have to be closely monitored, and, for the most part, confined for their entire lives.

Flynn and Giuliani had tried to kidnap Gulen and drag him off to Turkey. Just like a crime family, Trump, the head of the family, has to mop up for his incompetent lackeys. I wonder if Trump will have Flynn and Giuliani erased?

Thanks, . the rest of your statement raises off topic matters
Me too. Ive done those too. Isnt it true that an equally plausible alternative to you statement is fraud? Ever see that in a dissolution? How about his coffee shop gig with the actor? Based on what you know and have read, if you were represnting the plaintiff against him, wouldnt you allege fraud?
Seems like a simple he said she said. By the way, arent those allegations against the President you just set forth felonies? Got some support for those allegations.
You tire me Russian bot.

So the presumption of innocence? OK I agree with you. Did you give the same presumption to Justice Kavanaugh? Just asking, Ive not looked.
PS, if he was "very smart", we wouldnt be getting his ass handed to him by various Courts over his business dealings. Unless one considers "smart" the ability to temporarily beat ones creditors...ala Donald Trump. He must be smart too, maybe even smarter ????
With regard to Kavanaugh, I didn't think the sex allegations could be proven to the extent that his nomination should fail. However, he displayed completely improper temperment, reckless disregard for the truth about his high school and university days, and was unduly partisan with questionable adherance to stare decisis (I worry about his opinion on the right of privacy under the Constitution which has a 50 year history of being followed).
With regard to Avennati, as I am an attorney and have worked through multiple partnership dissolutions which are messier than divorces, I am quite familar how these things work out in court. From my understanding, Avennati's firm hired a tax service that failed to turn over his tax payment, and he ended up paying $1.5 million to the IRS, and then owing $2 million to one of his partners. I don't think this impugns his intelligence that it ended up in court, and it didn't go his way.
Trump and his cohorts (the Enquirer and TMZ) began targeting rich donors for sex harassment/assault claims after Trump began defending such allegations in 2016. I wouldn't put it past Trump's boys to set up Avennati. I'm just not going to jump to conclusions until LAPD issues its investigative report. LAPD has become one of the best in these investigations due to the large number of high-profile complaints involving celebrities.

Avenatti is a very smart lawyer. Doubtful he would strike or assault a woman. He's claiming she assaulted him first, and his ex-wife says domestic violence is completely out of character.

Nope, that's medical waste being exported, who knows where, maybe even dumped at sea.

While the OP is correct that no cases of sexual harassment have been filed in court, it does not mean that claims of sexual harassment haven't been made, and settled informally, perhaps even with assistance of police.
There are two types of sexual harrassment: quid pro quo and offensive work environment. The Thai labor code doesn't recognize offensive work environment, but does have prohibitions against quid pro quo sexual harassment. In these cases, the employer or supervising manager demands sexual favors in exchange for employment benefits, or under threat of taking action against the employee.
Because of the very nature of a quid pro quo case, these cases are often settled, as the employer or supervising manager doesn't want the charges to go public. Thailand does need to update its labor code to include offensive work environment, which is where conduct of a sexual nature causes the employee to experience difficulty performing their job duties (ie, sending dirty pictures to female staff or habitual sexual advances). But, the labor code doesn't even recognize claims of racial, religious or sexual orientation discrimination (gender discrimination is recognized in a limited way with respect to pregnancy), so it is a long way from expanding sexual harassment to include offensive work environments.

rape
1
[reyp]ExamplesWord OriginSee more synonyms for rape on Thesaurus.com
noun- unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the victim.
That's meaningless. Rape or sexual assault is defined by the criminal code of every jurisdiction. It doesn't matter how a dictionary defines it. Rape in Thailand requires intercorse. In the US, most jurisdictions would charge this act as sexual assault, not rape. Thailand's criminal code is antiquated, and the best BJ could do was molestation (Sec. 278).
QuoteThailand Criminal Code Section 276. Rape
Whoever has sexual intercourse with a woman, who is not wife, against her will, by threatening by any means whatever, by doing any act of violence, by taking advantage of the woman being in the condition of inability to resist, or by causing the woman to mistake him for the other person, shall be punished with imprisonment of four to twenty years and fined of eight thousand to forty thousand Baht.Section 278. Penalty for Rape over 15 years old
Whoever, committing an indecent act to the person over of fifteen years of age by threatening with any means, by doing any act of violence, by taking advantage of that person to be in the condition of inability to resist, or by causing that person to mistake him for the other person, shall be imprisoned not more of ten years or fined not more of twenty thousand Baht, or both.-

I actually thought Thailand could stand it´s ground in this case, and not do like other countries just out of populism for another drug to use. Don´t bother! Not going to answer or reply all the drug lovers.
I view pain relief as a limited benefit of THC. However, its anti-nausea effect and appetite stimulus can improve the quality of life for people undergoing chemotherapy and radiologic treatment of cancer. Therefore, I support its legalization for that medical purpose. If you don't get it, you are heartless.

How would they know, stick to the facts, Thai basher.
Thai basher? I guess you forgot that thousands of Uyghurs were trafficked through the Cambodian border by paying immigration officials 10,000 baht each. Captain Thailand turns a blind eye to rampant corruption in RTP.
https://www.business-anti-corruption.com/country-profiles/thailand/
QuoteCorruption is pervasive in Thailand’s police force and presents businesses with high risks. Almost four out of five Thai believe most or all of the police to be corrupt. The security apparatus has a reputation of being the most corrupt institution in the country, partly due to its entanglement in politics and an entrenched patronage system. Police impunity is also reported to be a problem.

When you change name and passport there is no need for donations to immigration officers.
Good try to discredit BJ, but another fail. Better luck with your next attempt
How do you know the immigration officer didn't catch that? There are lots of issues with fake passports that get caught, and then overlooked, when money is exchanged.

Are you sure the immigration officer didn't catch that? Maybe his photo didn't match. What don't you understand about the corruption of border immigration agents who let in thousands of trafficked Uighurs without passports at the Cambodian border for payment of THB 10,000?

You mean the guy with the Nixon tattoo on his back shouldn't be locked up for the rest of his life? I expect the Don Jr. indictment to be unsealed today, and the Roger Stone indictment will be released after Miller testifies to the grand jury.

Nope, BJ will make sure that the drugs and grenade are sold and proceeds are properly distributed, or that a small amount of the drugs are preserved for planting on another unfortunate soul.

Did he "sneak in" or did one of BJ's border control officers have his hand out for a donation? The corruption continues without investigation.

Andrew Miller will lose on this issue, because this is an appeal and you can't raise new grounds for an appeal that weren't argued in the trial court. His original appeal and court case only raised the ground that Mueller's appointment was unconstitutional. Miller can't now argue that somehow a new acting AG can void a subpoena that was issued in May, and for which Miller was found in contempt for not appearing for court-ordered grand jury testimony in August.

Maj Gen Surachate Hakparn, the new chief of immigration, announced the arrest of 29 workers from Myanmar and Laos who were in the kingdom on fake work visas. They were rounded up in Samut Sakon along with a Thai man - Pramote Phummathai, 28 - who took 8,050 baht from each person for their fake stamps. Maj Gen Surachate - the top cop called Big Joke who has been tasked with clearing up illegals in Thailand - said that the workers had entered through the Sing Khorn checkpoint.
How much did the immigration officials at the Sing Khorn checkpoint take, and has Maj Gen Surachate now received his cut?
