The black market passport vendors got a pass? They must deliver larger brown envelopes.

We know that only tourists buy computers loaded with pirated Microsoft Windows. A Thai would never buy a computer with a pirated OS.

That's a skewed interpretation of the data. LA actually ranked #1 and Bangkok #12.

At least the sides of a barn know they will be safe.

Just a lttle bit tired of that comment. Something that you guys here is going to continue with long after they start a try for change. Just because you like to bash on the RTP. Seems there is many that have nothing else to do here.
Are you a bar owner or do you know any bar owners in Pattaya? If you did, you wouldn't make this comment, because it's all about protection money. It's a total mafia operation operating through the law enforcement arm of the government. The point is that RTP needs to be cleaned up, before they attempt to clean up Pattaya.

Yes! They choose 2 in Pattaya out of the reason that they concentrate on cleaning up the world biggest sex industry. According to me the police here do the right thing. Why continue bashing them?
Maybe it's because they chose these two venues because their brown envelopes have been light recently?

Ah yes, "appeasement". That worked well for Macdonald, Baldwin and Chamberlain.
Even Fox News is questioning the veracity of the President... (When {if?} Hannity turns you'll know the fat lady is singing)
Well, Murdoch and Ailes hate Shep, but Shep's ratings are gold so they let him speak his mind. He's definitely the black sheep at the "Grab that p@ssy" network, which is currently under an FBI investigation.

are they really going to
1. contact facebook for the IP and then
2. force the Telecom-Provider to issue the contact-data / adress of the culprit?
3. crack a nut with a sledgehammer
(or "riding an elephant catching grashoppers" in thai)
And what if they just log in to facebook via public networks or free WiFi?
Oh, and by the way - there is also a MV from Thai LugThung-singer "Thai Orathai" about a "professionally" dancing girl in MathajomTon (DaoTen MooTon):
There's a major gap in the evidence needed to prosecute. Facebook has no record of live video feeds. Unless someone records it, the evidence of the crime doesn't exist.

"Dictator status".... 5555555555555 After 8 yrs of the imperial Obama..... ROFLMAO
Too bad, the 9th Circuit found that the EO likely would violate the 5th amendment (right to due process) rights of students and lecturers at universities, and that was the reason for upholding the injunction. The Constitution will trump Trump every time. I'm not a libtard, but a libertarian, who believes the federal government is out of control, and Trump is one of the biggest monsters to occupy the swamp.

LOL. Yeah, that was always Obama's approach, wasn't it...
With regard to immigration, Obama made a very limited executive order as to Iraqi immigrants, and it did not suspend their immigration, only heightened scrutiny for inbound visitors and immigrants. As far as Executive Orders go, opponents were not very successful in court challenges. Maybe it's time the Trumpsters realize that the Constitution and the judiciary can offset any push to boost Trump to dictator status.

They's find some way to blame their neighbor, Cambodia, for this garbage patch, because Thais would never just dump their garbage somewhere.

Basically it's institutionalized kidnapping, holding him in Thailand, until the conniving authorities get paid off by the family, then, magically, the charges are dropped. Absolutely revolting.

I don't see any convenience advantage of this system over regular bank transfers. As far as cost goes, eventually it will probably be more expensive than regular bank transfers. I wonder how much of a kickback was involved from VocaLink UK in pushing this system through?

Awful misuse of prosecutorial and police powers. Neither family wants Keating to be charged. There is no way to prove even negligence on the part of Keating, and, in order to defend himself, he will end up having to claim that Collie was at fault. Only conclusion is that the powers that be expect some kind of payout from Keating's family. Hope the Australian media goes to town with this despicable act.

So far, five different courts have taken the position that a constitutional challenge is likely to succeed on the merits and issued injunctions. Maybe Trump should talk to his new AG, Sessions, and determine if this is just a dead issue and move on with trying to formulate something constitutional to present to Congress.

Except for the part where they say the police have taken his truck as evidence.
So, they hold the truck for a few days until another brown envelope is delivered? The BIB like to hold passports, vehicles and other property to extract more tea money. Happens all the time. Wake up!

Yah, this is quite amazing.
Judging from the smile on the BIB's face, and the well-groomed perp, I would say this suspect had the funds to pay his way out of this sticky situation.

Good to see this. However, what about Constitution Day (10 December)? I mean, what's the point of it anymore, really?
