99% of people drive into Khao Yai, and there are cameras at the entry, and many places in the park. Guess that's how they can identify the culprits

Well maybe if there are only 1 car load of people per day and the park rangers scour the whole park looking for rubbish everyday  otherwise it could have been the car load from yesterday that dumped the rubbish

or the wildlife could have rummaged in the litter bins  or the bins are overflowing and the wind blew it away.

maybe there are no rubbish bins at all..which kind of invites the dumping...yes yes  take it home with you

sadly lots of people still don't get that idea.

But fair enough if they have video evidence of  people littering then  a few thousand baht fine would be appropriate    500,000  is a bit over the top IMHO   considering the fines/sentences handed out for beating a person to within an inch of their life or killing a minibus load of schoolchildren ( if you are HiSo)

Mr. Anutin said the visit underlined the cooperation between the two countries in developing vaccines against dengue fever, malaria, acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as well as COVID-19

And remember just how long have they been working on these vaccines..decades not months and still no miracle breakthrough.

Wasn't it proudly trumpeted that Thailand had  developed a cure for AIDS and EBOLA and Russia  is already administering a WuFlu vaccine ?

  3. Not the worst driving by far, very common for  them to  "push in" at  U-turns and Lights  because they think they are so important not to have to wait in line or occasionally think the 2 lanes are for turning  then find its only a straight on lane and get honked at to move  like we see in this video...also (as mentioned in the video) they have Bangkok number plates  so possibly  on unfamiliar roads but still bad driving.

they have hisense tvs but none that match the model I want.

Often  its better just to go to one of the big Shopping centers that that have a Powerbuy or Numchai branch

with a lot of Tvs on display take a USB stick with some of the films and series you watch  and  see how the different brand and price range TV's actually performs in "real life" tests  as opposed to some online reviews..you can also  check out the remote control and menu systems and hear if the speakers are good enough...if you see one you like then get the model number and compare prices to  "online" retailers..

me personally would want to see them to test the TV in the shop to make sure everything works before I got it home...not saying online buying is bad but it can be a big disappointment to open that big new TV box only to find it was damaged in transit.
