By letting in millions of Chinese to spread the Wuhan Flu before it became known as Covid Sars2 2019 so the population had herd immunity before it went world wide ?
By closing Bangkok and letting millions of workers go home to spread it just in case it wasn't spread enough.
By declaring a state of emergency, imposing a curfew, closing the beaches and banning the sale of alcohol.
Causing millions to become unemployed all for 58 people who have sadly died about the same amount of people who die every single day on the Thai roads ( even with all those measures in place )

Are you sure no tax..I thought they started applying tax to all accounts that belong to foreigners unless you provide them with a tax number.

The 6,150 baht one of course ???? I normally go for the product with a good price and many reviews/stars
and ship from Thailand so the 2 top left are strong contenders.

Chinese foreigners he meant.
No specific mention in the original article ( as far as I can see) of Chinese
Quoteโดยพบว่าชาวต่างชาติจำนวนมากซึ่งอาศัยอยู่ในเมืองพัทยา เป็นทั้งผู้ติดเชื้อและผู้แพร่เชื้อในคราวเดียวกัน
It was found that a large number of foreigners that live in Pattaya where both infected and carriers of the illness ( my translation maybe not correct ? )

Yes "conveniently" forgotten the millions of Chinese being "lured" to Pattaya right up till China it self stopped them travelling overseas

Government Housing Authority "electricians" they had 4000+ rooms to wire up so maybe rushed a bit ????

that's so nearly right. Assuming (dangerous) that green=ground and grey=neutral then move all the green wires to the left hand bus bar (fixed to the box) and all the grey wires to the right hand bus bar (on the insulators).
Thanks @Crossy Yes your assumptions are correct, for my apartment but in others I've seen "they" used grey as live and then reversed the polarity at the meter
"they" being the Government Housing Authority "electricians"
good job I don't have to check/correct the other 4,000 + apartments ????

The price will obviously vary according to how many square meters you want tiling.
For wall tiles I'd much rather have the old ones removed especially if they sound "hollow" its a favourite trick just to put a few blobs of adhesive on the tile and slap it on the wall, with the extra weight of another tile its quite possible they will come crashing down on your foot some time while showering (sods law)

If the old tiles are very well stuck in place then its ok to tile over..but best to remove the old ones
then you can have them inspect pipes for leaks, make sure the area is water tight, has proper slopes towards the drain etc.

The moral of the story seems to be don't buy/sell a vehicle from another province.
I don't agree at all, yes its a bit more hassle to buy from another province but the choice and price range is much better if you search the whole country instead of just your "home" province.
as for selling then there is no hassle at all.
Found a great way to clean ac blower wheel...

I tried a couple of times with a toothbrush and in my opinion its a lot of hard work at awkward angles and still impossible to clean every nook and cranny...taking the blower wheel out and cleaning it in the bathroom is much easier, perfectly clean .... but, big big but... they can be a real pain in the "but" to reinstall again obviously some models make the removal/ re-install easy but some like my York one it's horrid to reinstall
Using a power washer cleans it extremely fast but presents other problems, keeping the water out of places it shouldn't be and protecting the wall and furniture form water damage so takes much more time and effort setting up than actually cleaning the thing.
I also tried a garden chemical pump up sprayer and toothbrush combo method which worked quite well but still took quite a while to get all the gunk out of the blower wheel + awkward angle while perched on a ladder.
