  2. My latest doc added my passport number, his name and address and stamp with signature. The document you receive is all in English to be completed by yourself. The person signing will need to read English to understand what you have written and what he is signing up for.
  3. Are you using TM47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/request frm/add It does not ask for TM6
  4. The demand from Centrelink usually arrives a couple of days before reply required by date. So best to send return mail to their postal address as ThaiPost does not recognize reply paid envelope provided. Registered mail gets there OK 250b A bit more info You can download the POL form from Centrelink,I read that it is available in Thai but I have not been able to find it. I have used a doctor at nearby clinic to complete and stamp the original
  5. I have had success at both Kasikorn and SCB. When staff ask for work permit or such I ask them to confirm with their call centre, usually then I confirm to the call centre that I have a "retirement visa" the phone is then returned to the staff member who opens the account. Best bank SCB as I have 3 branches that are easy to get to.
  6. Probably 80 as I have done two,the first was before COVID and the second last year. You might consider mailing a copy of both tracking number and POL document to Centrelink via Mygov web site, they will give you an extension for return mail requirement date.
  7. Try Deemoney I use them for my transfers to Australia, They also have a next day delivery guarantee with cheap fees exchange rate usually mid market +04 baht
  8. I was lucky enough to watch Sputnik pass overhead during it's first orbit.
  9. Have you received SMS confirming that internet has been activated? If not it will eat your balance again
  10. Just open your browser google something. You may have to go to PLAYSTORE to get apps. For your bank etc. Have you received SMS confirming internet is activated? Do you have a very small 4g symbol near your phone signal bars? If yes then all should be good
  11. I have AIS sim voice only. I dial *777*70# For internet 9 baht 24 hours 100mb for paying bills, banking etc.
  12. I am one of the 10,000 happy owners, this one reacts quickly after I have a coffee and tracks the BP back to normal which is about 4 hours later.
  13. I had my TM 30 receipt with me,they did not ask for it,but as @foxx had to provide this, I would have it with me together with the required current TM 47 , 90 day report receipt
  14. Last month TM 30 not asked for as TM47 receipt confirms your address
  15. For immigration you need passport and current TM47 receipt for 90 day reporting. If you don't have this you will need to go to embassy DLT will accept embassy letter The immigration office is at Cheang. Wattana
  16. Your embassy can provide this if your are not a US, British or Australian citizen If you have a receipt from immigration showing you have reported your address (TM47 90 day report) then you can apply at your local immigration office
  17. Some office will do extension 45 days In advance, good luck
  18. 8 th of April every year unless your passport has less than 12 months validity, extension will then be issued to to that date
  19. I was further amazed today, same hospital saw only one doctor,a surgeon who made a quick examination and advised me to wait for quotation then off to cashier,900b please ,requested cashier to confirm, she then replied 900b. Luckily I had my guardian "pit bull" with me,after some conversation with the cashier and another phone call the bill was "adjusted" to 206b
  20. I had similar problem with POL for Australian pension, demand arrived 2 days before required reply date, sent them copy of tracking number and POL form by email,3 weeks later they emailed that it still had not arrived but they had extended my reply date by 6 weeks, never heard from them again.
