I live not far from Pattaya station and pass it most days ,difficult to get to without transport and to be honest very rarely see a train 

ps very little to see in sri racha ,except robinsons.mind you the grounds of assumption school are nice ,our son used to go there.

 

The Trains ( or " Train " ) are very limited. There is one Train a day that departs Pattaya at around 14.30 and arrives in Bangkok's Hua Lampong at around 18.20 it's slow but i love it and you can hardly complain for a cost of just 31 baht ! 

Pattaya Railway Station is easy to get too! I love to walk everywhere and it takes about 30 minutes to walk from Big C in Pattaya Klang.

Si Racha i think has lots to see and do! but then i love to explore and take photos!

as the vehicle gets older the sum insured is reduced by 20% pa (starting off at 80% of the new value when you first insurer it)..

 

After a few years, imho 1st class insurance doesn't seem to make sense.

If a car is waxed once a month, I still think that it's better than coating which is supposed to last long, but I would never believe in Thailand.

 

 

I did stay in a very confortable room, for 6000 per month in pattaya thai, with air condition and swimming pool as well! And I know of a good rooms with once a week cleaning and internet for 5000 per month in kaho talo. But I'm thinking to go near the country club so I'm looking for something there. Internet adsl for me is important, because I need to upload big files and 3g data traffic is not enough.

However I don't need swimming pool, a thai style is ok, but not a shit room. I pay monthly and renew month after month, I would like to try for 2 3 days before.

 

I don't like long contracts because in the past the room had problems and nobody fixed them.

OK So from my research am I correct in thinking the seller needs to provide:

 

• Signed photocopy of his passport Picture Page, Visa and Work Permit
• Blue Book with his name signed as the owner
• 2 X DLT Forms
  • This document to give permission for car to be transfered as he will not be at local DLT office
  • This document to actually transfer ownership

I will then be able to take all this along with signed photocopies of my passport, visa and workpermit to the DLT and as it is Tax'd and Insured until January simply pay a small fee to transfer the car legally to my name?

 

Anything I am missing of have got wrong?

Nobody needs a work permit to buy a car.

Incredible that nobody knows that 100% coverage insruance exist in Thailand.

I went to Fortune Town this morning. The 4th floor as suggested by John has a number of printer repairers. I left my machine with him and will pick it up tomorrow. I could have waited but had other things to do. Thanks for the heads up John!!

No pirnter can be repaired properly and will break again soon, you will finally spend your 2000 anyway.

I gave up trying to repair these pieces of shiiite, even when they cost $100 they are still shiiite maybe to be trown away when making troubles.

You can even order online, many shopping services available as Bangkok personal shopper, they do your shopping in Thailand or a small fee, already used them.

So these run flat are more expensive than standard tires ? Are they available everywhere and can they be repaired as standard tires ?
