  1. The obvious lesson and only answer is... DON'T participate or support animal exploitation and abuse❗It's just cruel, plain and simple.
  2. "Dude" accepted your statement and rephrased. Twas no longer a claim. Had you just stopped there, you wouldn't appear so foolish and lost trying to support and defend your irrational woo-💩. That cannot be made any more crystal clear...even for you. We good❓🤣
  3. Nope. Not even close. Not even same universe close, but that's OK. Continue believing in yo "woo" and I'll continue accepting truth and actual reality, based on reason, logic and demonstrable evidence supported by the scientific method. So now that is cleared up...I'm good.
  4. I'll rephrase... There's not a shred of evidence for the existence of karma, nor divine justice, nor anything divine or supernatural. So I reject those silly notions based on lack of evidence. They are also illogical and unreasonable, based on what comports with reality and the solutions uncovered by the best method of discovering answers to what is real and true...the scientific process. 👍
  5. Huh...whaaa❓ OK, you're right. Nothing silly, but rather totally whack-O. Just another of myriad silly copout superstitions. No such thing as karma or divine justice...the universe doesn't care. It's incapable. It's not sentient.
  6. Yep...exactly my point. Thanks for reiterating it. What's yours❓ Mine is saying how easy and flawed it is to bring up such BS nonsense when convenient and fits their silly narrative of superstition and/or naivety. Total lack of reason and critical thought. However they just never ever spout off when it's the other way around. Shouldn't be necessary to draw you a picture of explanation, but regardless...you're welcome. 😆
  7. Hard way, but made it. Born lower middle class USA. Awesome mom and deadbeat dad divorced when I was 3. Started working at 11 for spending money. Did well in school and sports. Couldn't afford a car or college. Finally bought a motorcycle at 18. My first car at 23. Ultimately secured a great job and enjoyed a 35 awesome year career. Was living here in Thailand for 25 years (month on, month off) and retired 4 years ago at 59. Had a 10 year Thai gf who was raped & murdered in our new house which we built together in Kanchanaburi. Surrounded by mountains and across from a lake. We had a Honda Wave, Toyota Fortuner and dogs & cats. Had just retired and struggling to get back home at the beginning of Covidiocy. She was brutally murdered in our house 1 month prior to my return. She was 33. Somehow I'm still here, tho has not been easy these past 3.5 years and many times considered "checking out". Unexpectedly met a girl a year ago who saved my sanity and probably my life. We are happily moving forward in Jomtien. Not looking for sympathy, just sharing my story. It's sanative. Life can go on and (usually) does.
  8. Have seen 🏔️' s of paper copies (which NO ONE will ever look at again) in both CW & Jomtien Immigration. It's freakin' ridiculous❗
  9. Sad and sucks for sure, but where's all the silly "karma" comments now❓Or 'his time was up'...or other such nonsense❓The Universe is random, dangerous, hit and miss pure chance. Lightning would have struck regardless whether he was there or not. No matter how "good" or "bad" a person.
  10. Pattaya may be but I'm NOT. 😩
  11. Excellent❗Me too...And for my age probably even 0.1%. I'd even wager a tidy sum on it. 👍
  12. 181cm...72.5kg, same as college years. Good skin. Healthy diet and lots of outdoor activity. 63 but most folks (NOT just the bar girls❗🤣) guess 'tween 40-50. Happy with that. 🍻
  13. I'm gonna have a FLERF explain it to me❗🤣
  14. Trolley Dollies❗🤣
  15. Had a great job traveling the world with all top-shelf benefits and perks. 35 year career from which I retired 3.5 years ago at 59. For 25 of those years always said I was overpaid for working so few days per month/year. And for all of those years and still today I say...It sure beat working for a living❗🍻
  16. From the late, great US of A. Have considered Thailand my "home" for a quarter century. Mostly BKK, tho now happily residing in Jomtien Beach. Occasional multi-day visits to BKK nowadays is plenty. Haven't been outside of Thailand in nearly 3 years and no plans on that changing anytime soon. Still traveling extensively intra-Thailand and many more spots...National Parks, Wildlife Refuges, mountains, beaches, etc on my hit list. Some will definitely be repeats.
  17. Not existing is an uncomfortable contemplation and certainly not looking forward to it. Have much more planned to, do, see, experience and photograph. However can't say I'm afraid of death. Doesn't keep me up at night. Do my best to avoid it, usually, but it's coming for everyone. We're all on that death clock from the day we are born. Not afraid, but in no hurry. While much of the world seems to be going to 💩, my life here in Thailand certainly isn't.
  18. Sorry to read this. Best wishes for your speedy recovery. Totally sux. Hoping they catch the piece of 💩 hit & runner and throw the book at him/her. Take care.
  19. Entire country is corrupt and "illegal" from the very tippy-top on down.
  20. LOS... Land of Silliness 🤪
  21. Survival. Other than that... No intrinsic or integral meaning. We live, we die. Life gets meaning from what each individual gives it and makes of it. Many don't even have those luxuries. But for those fortunate enough, we assign the meaning...or not.
  22. Accumulated your wealth as a chef. Cooking up tortured then slaughtered, decaying animal carcasses, their body fluids and embryos. No surprise you have no problem endorsing further abuse and exploitation. 🤬
  23. Another stupid and dangerous gimmick coupled with sickening animal exploitation. LOS... Land of STOOPID.
