  1. Only if you have moved. If you have the same house you already have a TM30 so regardless of travel in and out, a new TM30 is not needed. They did away with the requirement a few years back to report your address after you traveled somewhere else either in the country or outside. TM28 was done away with as well.
  2. Just carry your Non Thai Pink ID card, oh wait many think they are a waste of time. Carry your Thai Driver license, oh wait tourists do not have them....sorry but I never carry my passport, been stopped many times, showed my DL and off I went....country wide.
  3. No the new LTR visas, you guys need to get out more....lol. It's the I am a technology worker, global wealthy citizen, wealthy pensioner visa.
  4. No his wings were clipped because he was Investigating corruption with the new immigration system which got to close to someone higher up......
  5. We shall just have to see, get back to me next June and we shall see how the end if the high season was. Only thing stopping people from visiting is the high cost of travel. Single people no issues, families a bit harder.
  6. So in their view he is corrupt and others are not....sounds like something a MAGA supporter would say....
  7. Looks like almost 10 million tourists see it differently then you, it has not seemingly put them off now has it.
  8. No irony, if your a local in your own country you do as you want just like others do in there country...but when your a guest you need to follow the rules as your first to be found d now aren't you.....like wearing a helmet on a motorbike...thais drive by the RTP without one and don't get a look while a foreigner gets stopped all the time....
  9. You have it backwards he was investigating the corruption of others paying for promotions....
  10. Safety from criminals hiding in Thailand who are still scamming others, well its only a few but with Big Joke on the job the country already feels warmer and fuzzier to some of us expats..
  11. Where does the article state that those doing 90 day reports are being seen as criminals. Overstating is a crime and if not reporting your 90 day report your violating a law and is one way to find overstayed. If you don't like it get a LTR style visa then you only report once a year....
  12. Dude it is their country, not yours. They make the rule of law you obey. If nit to your liking then we'll don't follow the rules and see where that gets you, oh yeah fined and possibly jailed....
  13. Really, I thought Thailand reopened fully for tourists in July. In essence the way he states this is that all of these visitors have arrived in just a 2 month period plus the begging of December.....I think not.
  14. No one is harassing anyone about being an inconsiderate mask wearer, just be a good boy an play the game like it's meant to be and wear one when asked. It's only for a few minutes in the bank, or a few stops on the bus, and then you can bin the mask the good lady wanted to give you.....easy peasy. No use getting your hackles up
  15. Hell No I Don't know who the Flick you are buddy, I am a foreigner......now go get me a beer boy.
  16. Trump has now definitely gone and become an orange jump suit wearing inmate with the latest news. Just maybe a big conflict of interests as he was president at the time and he failed to disclose the loan to the federal government as required by law..... Trump did not disclose $19.8m loan while president, documents show (msn.com) Donald Trump failed to disclose a $19.8m loan from a company with historical ties to North Korea, while he was the US president, according to a new report. Documents obtained by the New York attorney general, and reported by Forbes, on Sunday indicate a previously unreported loan owed by Trump to Daewoo, the South Korean conglomerate. Daewoo was the only South Korean company allowed to operate a business in North Korea during the mid-1990s. Forbes revealed that Trump’s relationship with Daewoo is at least 25 years old. At one point, Daewoo partnered with Trump on a development project near the United Nations headquarters in New York City, Trump World Tower.
  17. Then your good to go, just do the 90 day when it is do and then renew your extension when the time is due, in some locations it can be done 30 days prior. If you have not done a TM-30 before for your address then one is needed. A yellow book does not absolve one of this. I just did a TM-30 for my residence in HH PKK since we will stay here more than the condo in BKK, and yes I have a yellow book for my condo and still did a TM-30 3 years ago when it became my permanent residence back then.......Time to go to the DLT and change my addresses on my DL's and my vehicles owners books for here in PKK. Don't need a ticket for speeding going to the condo in BKK and sitting for 2 months....lol
  18. You sure about that............
  19. Yes sir, I missed the (Pattaya) in the parenthesis.......sometimes my vision gives me issues.......must be from the coffee I spewed out my nose onto the lenses of my glasses......
  20. The new Terminal 21 on Rama 3 in Bangkok has a Harborland play area that just opened up. Not sure where Brewster went.
  21. Check your stamp from your November arrival to ensure your date was extended to next year's extension end date. If not then you might have just a 45 day entry. Best to check and be safe. No such thing as a multi re-entry extension. If your thinking about your ME Visa, we'll that disappeared when you were given your 1 year extension
  22. Why perspective, apples and oranges really...
