The prosecution by the DA is completely up to the Delaware US Attorney General and as always cases take there time to work there way into the system as well as the individual being charged. Sometimes a case never reaches to a prosecution trial in court as a Stipulated Agreement, or Plea Agreement deal is reached out of court, and the case being resolved along with additions sometimes of non-disclosable information as to what occurred with the cases. These cases are sometimes only heard behind closed doors with no one but the court clerk, the Judge and the Attorneys being present. The defendant may need to be available, depending on the court and voice that he/she has accepted the please agreement and will abide by the rules.

I just checked my App and on Step 3 the Work Permit screens are now open to add information to them, however i checked the box No and then submitted a letter explaining I did not require a Work Permit. However the screen shows I did check the box, where if I remember right @Misty you checked Yes and then it showed as No when checked by the BOI LTR unit. This Step 3 section for WP is the only one I can add anything to on my Application. Maybe that is why it shows Pre-Approved for my Status, and not completed.....

@Misty Thank you for the information, I would have thought you could re-open your app and account and add it from there, but as you say I will need to create a new Application in my Dependents name. Since finances are not needed to be shown, as she will be under my LTRWP, all I need is to upload her PCH Health insurance certificate which was just obtained, as well as showing proof of relation to myself I would guess. I will give it a whirl and get back to you folks when I complete the necessary steps.

Why did anyone have access and make all of the copies that have floated around....fact is that because of all of the unauthorized access and so on, the laptop and it's contents can not be used for any actual prosecutorial relevance or as anything other than speculatory and hearsay evidence. To much tampering and as far as chain of evidence, well it's about as good as the single glove in OJ's trial......

Damn Son, you better hit that bong again so that your mind can get foggier with more fanicful falsehoods. Yes the vast majority, not the maga crowd or the ice cream loving crowd are well put together these days. It is the media that portrays feces differently than it is in many respects in order for ratings and funding, no more is News Fair and Balanced, yet most of the folks I know are, and earn good livings.

Thailand’s economic think tank predicts 3.2% growth this year
ThailandRyan replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
And I predict the world economies will see inflation disappear and the recessions being discussed will evaporate as unemployment the world over will decrease to less than 1% and prices for homes and fuel will drop to prices not seen since the 1970's. My Think tank is fueled by a few shots of espresso...... -
Your essential guide to Thailand’s new driving license points system

Years ago, I was stopped in Phuket for not wearing a helmet, The officer made me park my bike at the checkpoint. I was then made to walk to an ATM since I had no money on my person, having just come from Muay Thai class, and then walk back to the checkpoint where I paid the 500 Baht fine, got my receipt and was then allowed to drive off, yes sans helmet as it had been stolen the night before when out on Bangla road..... -
Your essential guide to Thailand’s new driving license points system

It unfortunately, as the registered owner of the vehicle or whomever is the registered owner, will cause the owner to get an increase in fines due to non-payment. Here is an example for you all. I apparently was issued a speeding ticket for 125 in a 120 zone around 2 months ago while heading to my house in HH from my condo in BKK. All of my vehicles are registered through DLT showing my condo's address. I never checked my mail when I came back and then went out of the country. When I returned this past Sunday I found not 1 but 3 notices from the RTP, the first was for 500 Thb, then the 2nd one, since I had not paid the first was for 1K Thb, and then the 3rd notice, which apparently came the day before I arrived back at the condo is for 2K Thb. With this last notice was a note on the citation which indicated if not paid within 2 weeks the fine would increase to 4K Thb. Looks like I need to change the address to my House in HH at the Pranburi DLT, which means I need to complete a new TM30 in order to obtain a COR, or I just use the yellow book I have. However, it is just a complete feces storm. Why can not the Thai post office forward my mail to my HH Home if I tell them I have moved. Guess there is no change of Address form here in Thailand like you can do in the US with the USPS. Tried to call the number yesterday on the citation and it was just busy, today when I called the lady answering the line said there was nothing I could do but pay the 2K...........I could just imagine if I had gone back to the US for 3 or more months how much the fine might be, and yes you can not see who was driving the vehicle, just the vehicle and the front plate...... -
I just looked back through my on-line application and on the 4th screen where the uploads are, I had deleted the uploads for certain documents 2 weeks ago, and now those documents are back on the app. Seems that one can not delete the uploaded documents, at least not until the Check Status screen shows completed, which mine does not. Tried to Call the LTR Unit today and so far can not get through.....trying to add a dependent..

I understand what your saying, and after leaving and returning from the Philippines you are correct, I was restamped in until October 6th 2027, just like the first time they stamped me in. As you can see from the date it was processed for me the 5 years started ticking. I have no idea how it would affect someone who was issued their Visa and then waited years to enter the country. I mean why would you wait, I mean I understand maybe a few weeks or a month but years? That to me was a waste of time and resources for someone who had no plans on entering Thailand shortly after being issued the Visa and thus are not using it. The stamping in is done upon arrival and should be for the ten year period of the Visa, unless the IO thought differently as you indicated using the O-A Visa example you gave. I have no answer for that Tidbit

So how will points be given out for those speeding tickets issued by the camera to the owner of the car. Are they going to try and identify the driver or just add points to the owner of record even if they do not have a license to drive or what?- 94 replies

It is an all for one type of system, regardless of affiliation. It is based upon votes and if one does not have enough, regardless of affiliation, then the top vote getters move on from the primary for it to be sussed out again and is why two Republicans are vying for the same seat. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2022-election/alaska-senate-race-headed-ranked-choice-runoff-rcna54939 https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/elections/why-republicans-moderates-see-opportunity-ranked-choice-voting-n1286250

Row Erupts After 2 Houses Are Built On Wrong Land Plot

Yes, as a family member of mine did in an old abandoned school in Oregon, where they converted the lunch room and kitchen into a 4 bedroom home. The gym was used by their kids for sporting activities... lol. -
You do make me laugh with your posts. The case you referred to lays out why the e-mails were allowed as evidence, and show a pattern, as they were sent to the Police by the suspect.....Bidens laptop files were spread all over the place and never were from Bidens laptop to the FBI by Biden, the information obtained was via a Third party who was in possession of the laptop, instead of handing over the laptop without making copies and sending out to others, the chain of evidence has been compromised. From a Law enforcement perspective I can tell you how far off base you really are. Now can they by used by a special council to obtain information, of course they can, but as far as being evidence to charge someone and indict them and then prosecute someone thats a huge reach, which even all of the other special council investigations throughout the years were unable to do without other iron clad evidence. Try Again.

Not in the least....are e-mails secure? Not in my line of work e-mails were never secure unless sent encrypted via a secured server and then the receiver having to enter credentials to access said information. Are you saying CBS obtained the information via a secure e-mail, or anyone else who received such (the FBI and others in Congress) received the files securely? You are a laugh a minute.
