    In Thailand the most important issue is whether or not the person selling the property to you is legally entitled to do so. You will be best advised to employ a reputable lawyer, or a well-informed and reliable contact, to assist you on this point

    1034 hrs at CW having obtained a one year extension based on retirement. and making a 90 day report. No hassle, quick and friendly service.

    Personally I have no objection to attending Immigration at CW for half a day four times a year ( one day of which I submit both the 90 day report and extension application). That leaves 361 days per year free of any such minor inconveniences. I have never used an agent, nor gone online.

    That would require a physical examination of a kind which usually takes place, and is only relevant, if the victim is deceased. I'm not sure if a specimen would remain in place in a living person.

    Very sad for the young woman. The intoxicated driver should serve a long prison sentence during which he will find out what fellow Thai prisoners will do to someone who has wantonly injured one of their compatriots.

    At this point it she has made the accusation while he is saying nothing. The police are 'collecting evidence'. The only evidence in such cases will be the existence of any wounds the victim suffered during the alleged attack. In the absence of such evidence it will be a case of her word against his.
