    Correct, I was involved in this job in the UK, in the UK on motorways, you're warned of lane closure 3miles back, traffic chicaned if needed, 50mph limit, unfortunately in Thailand you have very little warning, but still no excuse.

    I've had 2 claims with them, both other parties fault, one incident we ended up at Hang Dong police station, Chiang Mai. An agent came out in both cases and sorted everything out. Had no problem when we took the vehicle to the repair shop, good service there. So, I've had excellent service, also english speaking agents at the call centre.
