Bar girls are lazy? Hardly a revelation lol. The thing that has changed and probably dramatically after covid and them looking for other income streams is so many of them have gone online now. Only fans etc. Even a very ordinary / older village woman seem to be able to attract a few hundred subscribers at $10-$30US a pop per month. All that money for sitting on their ring and lets face it, even the most ordinary looking Thai woman scribs up a million dollars with a bit of make up and a g string. I reckon the bars will struggle to get staff...as if they weren't unmotivated and lazy enough before heads buried in their phones. This will just drive prices up and guys coming here for P4P will look elsewhere. Bars where fun places 8 - 10 years ago when I first came here but just got gradually worse. I haven't been in one for a very long time. Usually get abused the minute you walk in the door if you don't start buying lady drinks.

If you go to Boxwood restaurant they are selling cumberland sausages and bacon made by Dave, the previous owner of Blues bar. Both are the best you will find anywhere. Possibly cheese and other items too

Yeah the chatter on the news etc sounds like this is all new. There is certainly an active weed lobby flooding social media with BS stories of people OD'ing on weed, having accidents....performing all sorts of atrocities. Probably generated by the group who have the most to lose by legalizing weed.

Well of course kissing in Thailand is generally a sniff kiss. So I guess that gives some clue as to their feelings about mouth to mouth. As for foreplay and proper passionate sex had some of my best and most boring experiences here. In my experience, sadly the more balanced....quieter, better educated, better personality women here seem to be the biggest duds. Govt workers, teachers etc. Only in my experience of course, yours may be different. Had quiet a few who see it more as a duty. If you want an out of control, super hot performer the crazier the woman the better lol. One of life's cruel ironies and perhaps why the Thai guys have mia noi's. The reliable, quiet agreeable wife to take care of the home and kids and the other for fun. Most of the village type country girls I have had off the charts. Even P4P girls here seem to can't get enough and you can't beat experience. Had a few duds with them too but most I find aren't jaded at all. I asked a bar girl once if she didn't get bored with sex and she said no...it same eat. Only boring if get same same every day. I think they actually get addicted to it on some level. As far as older unattractive guys doesn't seem to phase them. I am sure they would much prefer to have some hot young fit Thai guy but sex seems to be more a physical sort of thing for theses women where for us perhaps more cerebral, thinking all sorts of dirty thoughts lol...where as they are "you rub this feel good". Like I said though one of Gods cruel ironies. Usually good performers don't make good life partners.

Are they saying it will be illegal for all drivers here to use weed? There goes the legalization, as 98% of weed users will be drivers

Interesting. Pretty straight forward question and I would assume there would be an official legal limit on weed, though TIT and logic rarely comes into play. With all the discussion re pot and no one seems to be able to answer what should be known by any pot smoker. Any drinker has some idea of how many drinks you can have first hour and thereafter or what the legal limit is. So I fire up around 9pm, just before bed. I am sure I would be sober physically but am I legally fit / under the limit to drive in the morning?

I think they don't have the scratch lottery thing in Thailand for their own good. Same as Casinos and poker machines.

I guess if you won the big prize it would warrant a trip to Bangkok. 3% of say second prize of 200,000 only 6000. May still be worth a trip to Bkk, or at least pay for the flights if you wanted to go there anyway. Otherwise no biggy. I don't suppose if you buy tickets online you get winnings automatically deposited in your account or something as logical as that?

That's probably the most self explanatory web page results I have seen yet. Yes it does indeed look like they draw many numbers and shows all the combinations you can win. There are some pretty good apps now though probably not in English were it instantly tells you if you won something. Good double check. maybe a stupid question but can a foreigner win the lottery? I guess one of the good things about buying online is it confirms you are the owner of the ticket, if they keep records that is. Knowing Thailand may not be the case.

Looks like weed for the most part legal to smoke at home. Just wondering, and I know weed can be tested in your system for up to a month but as far as driving, how are things if you have a smoke in the night and drive next morning? Is there a legal limit or how does it work? I wonder if they have adjusted or even created a legal limit for THC in your system as I am guessing before it was zero, or assumed zero as it was illegal. Anyone know for sure? Like I am sure anyone would be sober and ok to drive the next morning. But would be an awful position to be in if you had a serious accident, were tested and off to the cleaners

I kinda know how it works, you get I think three numbers and you can win a smaller prize...all numbers you get the jackpot etc and have a whole bunch of new friends. What I don't understand is a Thai persons thinking when they buy tickets....and not judging here, I just don't understand it. My understanding is tickets should be sold at 80 baht but generally the smaller sellers sell them for 100 baht. Hence the govt has gone online selling direct which I assume will put a lot of poor buggers out of work. Sort of mixed feelings there....Like they annoy the cr@p out if me in restaurants etc when they wont go away, even when I refuse in Thai. But on the other hand it is some income for I guess unskilled people who may otherwise not be able to make a living unless it was hard labor on a farm. What I don't understand is people paying more for say a set (all the same numbers) of 5 or 10. For eg one ticket normally 100 baht....set of 5 800 baht. Now I know how superstitious Thais are and I am guessing people buy in sets when their is a particular set or sequence of numbers they want...had a dream, new car number plate, someone's birthday etc. Is that the only reason? My farang thinking would be if I wanted to buy some lottery tickets...say 5....I would rather get them mixed, so I have a better chance of winning the main prize. Rather then bet the farm on one number. Anyone have any insights how it all works? What sort of combinations can you win? First three numbers? First two numbers? Last three numbers.. And if anyone has any insight what about the village / black lottery? How does this work? been here 8 years and never got my head around any of it And by the way, these people selling govt lottery tickets for 100 baht...does anyone know how much the agents pay for them?

Other thing apart from above check you didnt inadvertently "hide" the account. To fix go into friends area per blocked accounts and check hidden accounts.

Got the kids enrolled at a (supposedly) better, larger city government school (At an entrance price / joiner fee I might add) 2 x 6 year old boys. First shock was the shet fight just getting them to school. Foot paths all around the main entrance full of vendors trying to extract the kids lunch money for toys and candy. What is worse it is impossible to walk on the foot paths with the sellers so kids wandering all over the road. The actual main gate into the school is unsupervised as is the crossing. You can't walk from across the road as the main entrance is choka blok with motor bikes. There is no entrance clear way from the street. What has really got me riled though is the kids have come home with candy last two days. We don't give them money as there is no shop in the school, only the vendors outside and they are not allowed out. Kids told me today, and their teacher confirmed one of the teachers (on the 6 year old kids level) has a tray set up in the classroom to sell kids candy! Its real sugar rush stuff rubbish too...bubble gum etc. I know the culture is different here but is this for real?

Paying anywhere between 190 - 250 baht for these. Just wondering if anyone has found better option? Maybe buying online or from a hospital? Any help appreciated

Ok guys. Off to KK with the missus tomorrow. Anyone know a good clean budget hotel in central KK? Also somewhere for a nice steak and a good farang breakfast. Anything else worth seeing their? Hear there's a good market.
