Details matter. 😀 The "War mongerer" Biden freezed the weapon deliveries as a gesture of good will before the summit with Putin, and restarted them after that. Biden also did not cancel all sanctions on Russia. He canceled only the sanctions on the company building NS 2, in order to please Germany. The other sanctions were maintained. It can be also noted that the Trump NS 2 sanctions have been useless as 95% of the pipeline project was already completed at the end of Trump's mandate.
