Thats perfectly normal now... Many passengers are now leaving (internationally) via the 'Auto-Gates' that do not stamp anything. All your records are digital - so it doesn't really matter. I'm sure if you excited through an auto-gate after your permission of stay, the system would flag you. Its the same in the UK (has been for years) no exit stamp.... Its just more efficient.

Approximately 35 Million People a year use Agoda for their bookings... This 899 baht 'additional cost' that Agoda are writing off out of good will is normal business practice. But... If that doesn't convince you there is this... the cost is 0.0000254 baht for each of Agoda's customers... (this year).
