  1. If you remove a council or police wheel clamp it is an offence. However , if it was clamped on private land and you remove it without damaging it and just leave it there there's nothing they can do. I've done that in the past a couple of times. Deflate the tyre which loosens it ,slide the wheel brace behind the loosened plate and remove the nuts and then the wheel. It'll easily then come off . Replace with the spare.
  2. The kind the Lone Ranger wears to hide his shame at abusing Tonto on those cold nights in the tent ..
  3. Painful enough for you to attempt a lame comeback... 😜
  4. If it is unburnt it is by definition not combustion. It's basically too much fuel pumped into the engine that it can't burn. Without the combustion it can't produce extra power , it's simply wasted fuel.
  5. This was about UK... The vast majority of countries have 18 as an age of majority.
  6. Or an optometrist in your case....
  7. It's also a piece of cake to simply edit your original comment...
  8. Certainly in the air pollution stakes....
  9. Apparently he’d left 6 months of "deposits " on the lounge floor 💩….
  10. If they were at university they wouldn’t have been children (18 is adult)
  11. That's pretty prejudiced against the thugs, petty criminals etc. bringing them down to the level of a Scouser! ..
  12. At least you don't get charged x 10 to attend unlike the parks!
  13. Damn! That'll mean rearranging my planned trip to Pattaya!
  14. The "REMATCH"! Come early to get a ringside seat. Ladies and gentlemen (and others...) place your bets! Loser available to take home at a discount! 💰
  15. Propellers have "reverse thrust"??? The pitch can only be adjusted but don't think as in a jet engine they can produce reverse thrust...
  16. "It’s a wise man that knows his own child…." 😱
  17. The essential point that goes over your head is Thai dual pricing is based on RACE, nothing else. If you look Thai you’ll get the reduced price. I’m a long term resident near a national park and get no discount, but a Thai visitor from the other end of the country does. Look again at your examples- "Residents" not white Americans. Got it now…?
  18. Yes that’ll make a huge improvement to Thai lane discipline… 🙄
  19. I can't be held accountable for your appalling taste or lack of discrimination in assessing quality, nor laziness in making the effort to have better things. The inarticulate tone you adopt suggests that was your parents attitude too when it came to your education and upbringing.
  20. Mr. Schrodinger was approached for comment but was non committal as to the state of the cat and promised to "look" into it….
  21. Or perhaps has a better palette and makes a little effort to recognise that. Perhaps, unlike you?, doesn't put 7 sugars in tea and coffee or smother tomato sauce or salad cream on everything? You sound like a pineapple on pizza kinda guy! 😆
  22. It may be, but he's not using any NHS or other benefits that pensioners get. As you get older that healthcare benefit gets significantly greater. The " reciprocal" agreement is hollow. There's nothing a UK pensioner will get from the Philippines government that he doesn't get from the Thai one. Both zero in fact. Also any income generated in the UK, like pensions and say rent from your house is subject to UK tax. It's a one sided equation in favour of the government. Although retired I'm a higher rate taxpayer to HMRC.
  23. In further developments he’s been sent for more "TRAINing" 🚂
  24. "Quite " fatal - as opposed to "just a bit" or "totally " . Hope I get "a tiny bit fatal" instead… ☠️
