When they first revamped the system it worked ok for me for 2 years albeit a bit clunky then all of last year despite getting it submitted ok it was ,as reported by others, getting rejected. Asking at the office on visits just elicited the unhelpful clueless, "Error". There's just no consistency, not effective management and a culture of 1 step forward then 1 step back. Unlikely, travel insurance almost always starts with inclusion of medical insurance. So I'm inclined to start with the assumption, given the nature of her illness which would ordinarily be covered,that there was some undeclared pre existing condition which came to light during the claims process

If you were better educated you'd would not make the schoolboy error of making an exception the rule. Instead you'd consult empirical evidence like Thailand's lowly and worsening position in the PISA educational tables, along with it's poor showing in English proficiency. The only reason for that is that their native language is in the world's most widely spoken language so there's less need. Most Europeans speak English because it's essential for them. Thai is only used in 1 country,so essential they learn English as surrounding countries understand.
