I am currently holidaying in the UK for the first time in 3 years. Some things are not that different in price to Bangkok. In central London a pint of Guinness in a pub is about 240 baht, burger and chips about 550. I think the days of mass tourism in Thailand are gone. Fashion and tastes change. People move on. Thailand is not the cheap destination it was 15-20 years ago. In real terms it has probably doubled in price for Brits. RAZZ

For the first time in 3 years I am leaving Thailand to travel to Europe. I have the Bangkok Bank Mobile app on my phone and I will need to transfer money from my UK bank account to myself to my Bangkok Bank account via Wise and then use the app to pay bills/give some money to Mrs Razz in Thailand etc. My question is basically: What do I have to do to make sure my app still works on my phone? I am on AIS. Do I have to contact Bangkok Bank to tell them I am travelling? Will my ATM work abroad? Many thanks RAZZ

I think slightly optimistic. Saw one yesterday, white, 90k km. 7 years old for 565k from a Toyota Sure. If you're going to get another Honda, try going to the original dealer you bought it from to chop it in, you may be surprised what they offer you. As an example, we went to look at a new Fortuner and as we bought our last car there the dealer would give us 100k off the sticker price straight away. RAZZ

It was a national holiday yesterday that's why the delay. Usually, if I send before 9am Thai time from my UK bank to Bangkok Bank (Funds for Long Term stay) - it arrives same day about 2.06pm. I will try to send a small amount with a different reason and see if it is quicker/instantaneous. RAZZ

Couldn't find the newer thread. I use "long term stay" but probably don't need too. Will try a different version with my Bangkok Bank and see if I get it in seconds. RAZZ
