  1. Any ideas for a condo/serviced apartment for a month or two - preferably with only a small deposit? I think a one bed/studio is about 16-18k, a two bed about 30k a month. https://globaltopgroup.com/pattaya-real-estate-properties/olympus-city-garden-condo-for-sale-pattaya/
  2. It is nearly 2023. Bkk and other holiday resorts should be 24 hour Cities. Most can go somewhere and eat, drink and party anyway. Might as well make it legal - but then there's no "tea money" in it! RAZZ
  3. So Marlene Headley born in the UK to Barbadian parents take an African tribal name from ethnic groups she is most likely not from. Cultural appropriation at its finest. RAZZ
  4. https://globaltopgroup.com/pattaya-real-estate-properties/olympus-city-garden-condo-for-sale-pattaya/ https://grandavenuepattaya.com/ Should be able to get them for about 16-20k a month. Maybe not during Christmas/New Year.
  5. Maybe the weather has been better than Samui where it's been raining non-stop. RAZZ
  6. Where? In Bangkok can't go wrong with: https://bangkokdentalcenter.com/
  7. Just watch the video of his gf.... It seems most in the crypto space are conmen/women but just a it geeky! https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11426245/Ex-girlfriend-FTX-Sam-Bankman-Fried-bragged-needed-elementary-math-run-start-up.html
  8. You need to get it signed by a solicitor then legalised in the UK. https://www.gov.uk/get-document-legalised Then get it stamped at the Thai Embassy in the UK. https://london.thaiembassy.org/en/page/81905-legalisation?menu=5d6636ce15e39c3bd0007344 Then certified translation and stamp at MFA. Much easier to get an agent/tout to do it - loads hanging around in the entrance - and you know your translation will be approved. Makes it easier to register in the local Amphur for when you apply for Yellow Book. P.S Whilst you are doing this it might also be worth getting your birth certificate done as some immigration offices ask for it to get a Yellow Book. RAZZ
  9. On Thai from LHR it's about £800 until mid December then up to a £1000+ RAZZ
  10. Newest review on Google one week ago. RAZZ
  11. Wow...Not been there for 15 years. Will have to give it another go. RAZZ
  12. Wow. Was there a few months ago and it was rocking, pretty sure I went upstairs? Last time I went to The Strip in PP2 (which was about a year ago) there was definitely some birthday suit action behind the curtains. RAZZ
  13. Have a look at the one on Soi 23 owned by the boys in Brown. RAZZ
  14. Speaking a bit of Thai would be good but a lot of the girls spoke some English. Being a "farang" was fine, although some of the Thai guys might take exception. I think these guys all have $$$ if you look how much they spend. At the place in Ramintra I think it was 5 shots (500 baht) for them to sit with you. Don't remember how long I stayed, left about 10.30-11pm. Probably a bit early. The second place I think is owned by a Korean, he does live streams and I think people buy the girls drinks "online". You can see him in the grey t-shirt in the video below. He was there when I went. I can't remember the prices (maybe 100-120 for a large beer?) although I do remember they had very limited choice of and I had to drink Heineken! More a buy a bottle place. (Didn't seem outrageous, 1800+ depending on brand) No idea if you can get a "takeaway". RAZZ
  15. Very rarely any farangs here: But try some of the Thai "girly" beer bars. Been to the first two of these, the dancing was ok, Milk was superb ???? This one is 10 minute walk from Fashion Island in Ramintra. They post live facebook videos so fill your boots. https://www.facebook.com/people/Drink-กลิ้ง-bar/100063487089978/ Latprao: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063999825036 This is next on the list ???? 16. Not missing much...it's pouring down every day. RAZZ
  17. The slower unlimited packages on AIS were almost unusable. I had Mao Mao (not sure if they do it now?) which was 6 months for 1800 baht. Now I use the AIS 20/30gb for around 700+ a month on 5g.
  18. That looks like TBN at Paseo. We might be neighbours as I live in Perfect Place! ???? btw - Mrs bought her Yaris Cross in there - I've been pleased with the service from the garage (although not sure about the paint quality as it seems to chip pretty easily) and yes she has dinked it loads. Sister-in-law just bought a new Yaris 50th anniversary at Toyota Phumpattana which is about 10 minutes away - good service there too. RAZZ
  19. Nice car and decent size for Bkk. They even do one in "crayon grey" - if you squint it could look like a Macan from the back! RAZZ
  20. 4m in 8 months down from nearly 40m a year pre-covid. If by year end the figures miraculously get to 6m it's a mere 85% drop in numbers ???? RAZZ
  21. Mrs got hers in 3 years - I believe it is now 5 years minimum. RAZZ
