What did your parents die of?
georgegeorgia replied to georgegeorgia's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Unfortunately lung cancer is very hard to cure In my experience once you get past 78 they rarely do treatment unless you have private health insurance One must decide however whether you wish to have treatment if the diagnosis is not good -

What do you consider low working class? Most of the guys I work with over 55 are multi millionaires ( on paper) I'm not rich, I'm very poor I'm the odd one out unfortunately forced to live on low wages in a slum area and no superannuation fighting constant battles of illness and forced to work like a slave ,not that you care !!! -
This may be a sensitive topic for most of you and I would like to warn that viewer discretion advised and should this affect you there should be a phone counselling service available.( Unfortunately I apologise I have no numbers ) The question is what did your parents pass away from? Does it have any reflection on the way you now treat your health? My father had leukaemia along with lung cancer , a constant roll your own smoker , of course he got lung cancer I remember telling him back in 2001a year before he died to make a Will update He went berserk "you can't wait till I die you bastard " he shouted before kicking me out of the house ! Strange I went to see a new doctor ( long story as I sacked my others) today a new GP who asked me these questions about family history What did your parents have in sickness he asked? I went into tell the new GP about how my health has been a battle the last few years with constant tests and lying doctors who claim they can't find anything and make sighing noises It's strange as I have heart problems, liver problems ,throat , eosphagul, kidneys, stomach ,back ,bowel, etc and yet my family didn't have any of this Now I may eventually have to go for a heart and liver transplant in the future as well as my kidneys starting to need attention

Yes I did go into this bar in Soi Bukhao I found it quite "intimidating" looking at younger Australian guys wearing red Nike shoes with baseball caps and tribal tattoos and swearing I left immediately, as a upper class Australian I don't need to be seen mixing with these low class "bogans" -
It's beautiful poems and posts like this that make this board worth visiting.

Is this a increase in white blood cells? I get my blood tested every month (bulk billed free in Australia as you know) and I noticed a increase too. I'm always afraid of this leukaemia as my late father had it although he was 80 at the time . Thanks for reminding me about that dreaded disease . There is no cure unfortunately -
If someone could advise and I use that word lightly but advise on a Temple that will bless me and tie the white string on my wrist I do not want that tourist type temple on the hill on the way to Jomtien I'm sorry . Is there a temple maybe even on the outskirts of Pattaya that will bless me and they will need them to read the list of problems out I have written as they do it . Do you "advise" and again I use that word , do you advise perhaps that there may be better temples than in Pattaya ? I would like to have the white string around my wrist done by a real monk How much usually is the donation and please any advice ?

One claims he was a police officer flashing a badge As for Aussies they are a very Rough lot and I was in a bar having its afternoon breakfast in Soi bukhao, it was a Aussie bar in the corner .can't remember the name I left after immediately there was a lot of swearing , aggressive type behaviour etc going on inside I prefer the British bars where the people are more relaxed and happy I find being around Aussies there is a level of aggression and no sense of humour around them. And yes unfortunately I am Australian -

Brawling in some parts of Australia is normalised if I may use that word. Alice Springs comes to mind -

This is not Australia no need for such violence response Tasers are useless as used by the UK police who must run if someone has a gun or knife , it places their safety in danger as they must try to deploy a taser instead of shooting the attacker lunging at them with a knife simply because the UK police have no gun -
