  1. This man looks like a little leprechaun!😅
  2. Oh I hope this ghastly death penalty is abolished!
  3. Yes definitely I'm thinking all this "expression" must of been done over some time not just on a night And please ..it is a "expression" from our youth who maybe going through a trauma and they need to express themselves by writing on the walls and roller shutters There is meaning to this graffiti But it's best to be nipped in the bud so to speak so I will probably go to Pattaya City Council at 9am to notify them
  4. We all must adapt to a language which is comfortable to us It maybe migrants eg in a new Country like the UK who are not ready to learn English and may be more comfortable speaking their own language and we all must not judge them and support them instead of being judgemental And the same goes with Thailand, you may be more comfortable with your English language rather than Thai
  5. oh don't be judgemental,I bet your from the UK? Language is now universal and we all shouldn't be forced to talk a certain language eg English in England etc
  6. I have been to the Philippines three times in 4 years I get the feeling Filipino people there are not keen on tourism I don't find them as friendly as thais I find many aggressive especially the beggars on the streets The steets in Manila are dirty Their transport system is rubbish
  7. Thanks and you to a good man ,never forget the time last year you helped me "escape" from that terrible prison Condo the View Talay 2B Many of you know the story already how I was practically detained in that place
  8. georgegeorgia posted a topic in Pattaya
Walking up that hill today past that Hotel California in Jomtien ,just past those basketball courts I saw disgraceful graffiti, now I do know it's usually young men expressing themselves But one graffiti image says NYC 2025 I should of taken pics ,but this tells me it's not young thai guys writing scribbling all this horrendous spray paint ,it must be young farangs !! Anyone on their way to Jomtien past that Pattaya roundabout (where the bridge is ) will see all his disgrace over the roller shutters scribble in black paint it goes for miles full of graffiti on the left side Can anyone tell me the right name of this area ,i intend to go to Pattaya City Council tommrrw morning to make a formal complaint about these eyesore areas I should of took pics I guess I also noticed it all under that bridge area where the basketball courts are Enough is enough
  9. Oh please try to have some empathy surely that's not to much to ask just once in your life . I was targeted and nearly brutally attacked, I was lucky to come out of it surviving In reality I should of reported it to police
  10. One thing I like us a good oil massage or Thai deep tissue massage in Pattaya nothing to do with sexual massage at all !! So don't even think it ! I like my back cracked ,my back especially after the gym needs to be out back in place Also I was nearly brutally attacked by a ladyboy last week outside that Dluck place so I have been suffering PTSD In the last few years I have noticed in Pattaya the quality of the massage is not as good as Australia Thai massage even though I'm paying 4 x the price in Australia Yesterday I had a massage which I thought was quite expensive up near Tony's fitness, 400 baht ,it was 7/10 but one thing I don't like in massages is this. Don't start talking to me during the massage!! Where you from ? How long you stay etc ....I don't like it !!! And the one yesterday asked me continually during the massage if I was going to tip her 100 baht after the massage I don't pick rough looking places I pick ones who are dressed up traditional,I expect good service , I expect a real Thai massage , I expect quality It seems it's hard to come by I must admit to do like the Thai blind massage at Jomtien at 250 b But I'm sorry to say the quality has gone right down , terrible , absolutely I will hunt around maybe for more mature aged masseurs Do you know where I could get a good massage ,no happy ending etc I don't like that !!
  11. Oh the racism here is shocking ! If we could just invite other cultures, other religions ,other genders into our homes and enjoy their culture, their foods etc we would all get along Open your minds and welcome people from all Round the World
  12. Oh this is terrible Embrace culture, embrace multiculturalism, welcome people from all around the world with love Surely that's not too much to ask
  13. Yes I think more gyms will open on Pattaya ...but it could be a hobby
  14. Excellent post ! Yes you will get bored retired in Thailand especially if your a person who likes to keep busy Opening a gym in Thailand is also my goal , unfortunately too many in Pattaya at the moment though Muscle factory,Elite, Tony's the list goes on I'm surprised there's no Anytime fitness in Pattaya
  15. Though in your case your "penthouse" is the NIRUN apartments I wouldn't be a lazy old fat man I would mop my own and do my own cleaning!! Maybe your Mother always had to do it for you ? Poor old Mum had to your cleaning when you were younger as you were brought up lazy , imagine having that guilt ...can't do anything yourself
  16. if you aren't retired in Thailand why? And please those who retired to another Asian country please say why as well I would like to know particularly those from Western Countries why you haven't retired to Thailand and choose and choose is a big word , bit why did you CHOOSE to remain in your own country. Maybe you visit twice a year ? Maybe you thought it's a better life in the UK or Australia and visits as a tourist are better Maybe you tried living in Thailand but it wasn't for you ? Tell the truth be a man ! If you tried living as a expat anf it wasn't for you please explain!
  17. Obviously you would have emergency money on the bank We are talking about living costs
  18. He has expat insurance not travel insurance I like how you wrote " just saying that it is " May I ask you if that's a common phrase you use? I remember a guy at work used to say "like" all the time ! "It's like " etc Very interesting my dear Watson
  19. Oh it saddens me to think of the opinions of some which realms into transphobia and believe me I was also brutally attacked last Wednesday up near that Supalai Condo where I was forced to defend myself But that doesn't mean I have become transphobic All I ask is you show some love and understanding
  20. Could be called worse ...how about being called *gargles" ......Gargles
