  1. Did one last month, Non O Multi, the one which requires leaving Thailand every 90 days. Required to show 800,000 baht but can be in UK bank. It's there, scroll down a little hard to find.
  2. I'm at Heathrow and checked in with Malaysian Airlines, my return ticket is in April. Lady asked for onward travel within 90 days. After a heated discussion she got the manager who sang the same song so had to buy a disposable ticket. This ticket was for 2nd Feb but the company showed it 2/5/2024...more problems until the eticket was emailed to me. I am now in departures. Be warned and I'd be interested if anyone else has had this problem. I know about onward travel on visa excempt but not on O visas. See you all soon.
  3. You cannot skip but submit a JPG stating "Not Applicable"
  4. The Visa application is sent to Thailand for approval, local embassy has no say.
  5. 1...Exercise every day 2...Set yourself something to do every day, it may be minimal, only a few minutes, but do it. 3...Have the JD and girls only as a reward for doing the above. Good Luck
  6. I have a triple ceiling light which needs one filament lamp because I have an old dimmer switch.
  7. I uploaded a Utility bill. Was successful.
  8. Shouldn't have a problem. Make sure you have 10,000 baht in your pocket and can show adequate funds in bank.
  9. You do not need an onward flight within 60 days. You do need your return ticket, Accommodation booking £10,000 in bank for 6 months Pictures of self, passport and self holding passport. All jpg and single page upload for each. Visa duration starts on issue date, not arrival date.
  10. In answer to your question and not the hijacked topic. I've thoroughly searched Pattaya and its not available. I did find a stout in Tops in Central Festival though.
  11. For a good night market, go to Satterhip on Thursday. Enormous and prices for Thais, not like Buckhao and Thepprasit.

  16. Motorbike Taxt about 90 Baht Bolt about 70 Baht
  17. It's the law that you should always carry your passport with you. Prior to the 2014 coup, the then P.M. stated that it was acceptable to carry a copy of your passport but it never made it into the gazette.
  18. Why is this being published on an AseanNow forum?
  19. I use PM2.5, its free and in the air.
  20. Train Avoid the traffic.
  21. Revolut cards only work in ATM's, Not POS. I found this out to my cost. Get a card which has free international transfers. From the UK; Halifax or Nationwide if you have a Flex plus account (there are more). Take card and passport to a bank (you'll have to search to find one which does this) Kasikorn in Central Festival does but charged me 100 baht on Visa but no charge on Mastercard, take out money on card. The Halifax is a credit card and charges daily interest so run home and pay off immediatly.
  22. I had to show £10,000 in bank for 6 months.
