Then on the way back stop and have afternoon lunch at the Terraces restaurant at the Four Seasons (make reservation at their website if a weekend)...

I don't have a pink one, do you think a green one would be okay?  I wouldn't mind if that made it take 8 or 9 minutes.

The Immigration office has been know to REQUIRE both a light pink and ducky blue file folder... they must be opaque - to test the opacity make sure the blue background from your photo can be seen thru them...

  3. Doubt you will see a pedestrian bridge there as they have approved plans for the elevated train to pass thru that intersection to link up to the underground system under the old town... :coffee1:

  4. A couple times a year we do a train overnight to Lampang... Saturday morning train... tuktuk to a Riverside Hotel (book a river view with breakfast included)... We usually rent a scooter and ride out to a Wat outside of town to tambon ... In the evening there is a great Thai restaurant a block up from the river my Thai partner likes and then a walk on the Saturday night walking street... next morning walk the river road to a old house museum)... then return via afternoon train... And as said don’t trust the written return schedule... better to go to the train station an hour earlier and eat lunch nearby... take a good book for the train ;-)

  5. I have had AXA Personal Accident policy for years (bought for when I’m on my scooter - luckily never used it)... 125,000k for any accident and that doubles to 250,000 if I have a motorcycle accident... And 500,000 of life insurance for 4,200 a year... I know it might not cover everything but at least the first 250k plus I have a card to show at the hospital so a assume they will be more eager to admit me ;-)... the policy was written by AA Insurance Brokers

btw I can not get regular health insurance here because of pre existing conditions or I would have got that...

  6. Now even more confusing... Dukes is Not on the 1st floor... and this tread IS NOT about your initial TM30 submission which requires proof of ownership but for a person with a valid TM30 that has left the country for a short period and returned and must have the TM30 updated because the have a new departure card...

What copies or documentation is needed when going to Immigrations one stop desk on the same floor as The Dukes?....

Also will Dukes deliver pizza to the one stop waiting area? :whistling:

If you go to Prom and report your return to Thailand, That is

your TM30 report ?,just show the officer your passport, with me,

they just tipex out the last date and write new report date,on the

slip of paper, that is torn off the bottom of the original TM 30 form,

why anyone would need an agent to do that for them,is beyond me

    regards worgeordie

When you say “Go to Prom”... can you be more clear?... like which Immigration office (basement or 3rd floor), desk or officer (Is there a TM30 desk officer?) you simple went to?... Or do you need to get a queue number and sit among the masses of humanity in which case I will check out the new staff at Tian ;-)... please advise as I will have to do this after Xmas holiday ;-)
