Yes, given both the Biden family history, specifically the car accident which claimed his wife and one year old daughter (Hunter and Beau were severely injured), and the "parenting expertise" displayed by the previous President. Everything I've seen about Joe Biden's parenting skills tell me that he is an awesome father. (I was not his biggest fan when he was a Senator, given some of his failings. But I did come around during his VP stints. And I think he's done a decent job so far as President.

DHV are also portable, and discreet. Five clicks, 30 seconds and it's ready to hit. And the resulting vapor is not annoying or recognizable to others. Now you might look a bit silly walking down the road with your bong, sloshing your "crushed ice" and water all over the place. Is that a bong in your pocket?

Khao San cannabis vendors face charges for operating without licenses
bamnutsak replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
Given how easy it is to register I'm surprised people don't bother. Now tell me if those folks selling NO2 balloons on KSR are "registered". I think NO2 is potentially much more dangerous than cannabis. I'm sure Chuwit will be along shortly to instruct us on the dangers of NO2, to, you know, protect the children. -
Given the scrutiny and criticism focused on Hunter Biden one might this that he was the President? Quite honestly, given his history, and publicly reported stories to date, I think Justice Thomas has committed at least equally problematic financial "transgressions"? It is weird, to me anyway, that the right-wing portrays the President as "brain-dead, holed up in a basement", while at the same time, extolling his next-level leadership of a criminal enterprise. But the right grapples with, and rationalizes, hypocrisy on an hourly basis, so maybe we shouldn't be surprised.

Incorrect. Anyone with a bit of experience would know this is wrong. THC and related terpenes vaporize (not burn/combust) at lower temps than the actual biomass/plant material. After you vape herb, you are left with ~ 80% weight in the form of brownish material. "Physician, heal thyself." Smoking and Vaping are completely different, both in action and in results. I'm surprised vaping works for smoking cessation as it is wholly unsatisfying compared to that feeling of inhaling real, combusted "material". (Maybe it delivers nicotine effectively, which helps those addicted to it? I am a former cigarette/cigar smoker, pack a day.) Your "update" reminded of Richard Pryor running down the street on fire, circa June 1980. I think a battery-powered dry herb vaporizer is a much safer option than using a gas torch (while baked), and handling a hot metal tube. Yes, I know Dynavap users love their metal. I use the Xvape Fog Pro, I bought it here. From Greenlungs I think. 5,950 I think. Great unit. The Pax 3 is also available here, but closer to 12,000, although it's on promotion sometimes for 10,000. That Fenix unit looks OK, decent reviews.

Sending a new Samsung phone to my wife
bamnutsak replied to PhoSai's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
Other issues: no warranty-service repair in Thailand if that variant has not been certified (radio transmitters not limited to GSM) in Thailand it cannot be imported legally Buy a phone in Thailand. Packages are usually held at the Laksi Thai PO facility, after which they'll show up in someone's pocket or at the local market. -
You cannot isntall a VPN app/client on a Samsung TV as it runs a proprietary OS (Tizen). You can install VPN apps/clients on TVs which run Google TV OS (LG, for example). You cannot install a VPN client on an ISPs router. Your options remaining: a secondary router which you modify to run VPN software - this is a complex procedure, one that which, five minutes after getting everything working, will break. Eventuall you may get it to work for a longer period of time. an android "device" (box, Chromecast w/ Google TV), or Amazon Firestick, which attaches directly to the TV, and can run both your IPTV client and a VPN client. Ask your IPTV provider for a list of recommended Android TV boxes, and a recommended VPN provider. How are you using the IPTV client/service? Via a web-site? Do you have a notebook/PC? What is the model number of your Samsung TV? Is it attached (wired/WiFi) to your home network?

Thomas seems to amend his filings at a greater rate than we have done for our Constitution. And he is even more emboldened, given his denial of a stay on the Mifepristone cases, which are based on questionable legal doctrine, according to most experts. (The final vote on this case will be interesting.) JUSTICE THOMAS would deny the applications for stays. https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/22pdf/22a901_3d9g.pdf

Two misdemeanors, two (potential) felonies. Wow. Pretty tame for a member of a "crime family". I assume the right wing gun nuts will spring to Hunter's defense on the gun charge? The Post in its report noted that the potential gun-related charge stems from Hunter’s October 2018 purchase of a handgun, which required him to fill out a federal form that asked whether he was a user of or addicted to narcotics. Hunter answered “no” to that question, despite being a user of crack cocaine at the time, according to a book that he later wrote. https://www.cnbc.com/2022/10/06/hunter-biden-case-feds-believe-evidence-supports-tax-and-gun-charges.html

Could you describe the network, devices, configuration? You are running a VPN client on your iPhone which is (only) connected to the TrueMove mobile data network? And you're sharing that WAN/VPN connection locally from your iPhone using WiFi? What devices are you attaching via WiFi? MAC? Other devices? How many? On 2.4 GHz? 5 GHz? And you're testing speeds from the WiFi-attached devices? Can you run the VPN clients on the end-point devices?

bamnutsak replied to isaanistical's topic in IT and Computers
New feature currently being evaluated... Welcome to Google Maps Community Support Forum & thanks for your post. That's the new UI Google is testing at present. Regrettably, there is no way to stop its appearance. Nevertheless, could you share your opinion through the help & feedback route? Here is a link explaining how to do so. "Send feedback about Maps." The feature may become available later once there are sufficient requests. https://support.google.com/maps/thread/208650775/how-to-hide-left-sidebar?hl=en-AU -

Can you provide more detail on this plan? Is it part of a larger internet bundle which might include home broadband and streaming? How long have you had this plan? What do you think the terms of the plan are? Volume? Speed? Does "no limit" refer to Volume of data? Or speed? or both? Most, if not all, unlimited volume mobile data plans here are speed capped, either completely, say at 1, 4, 6 Mbps. Or are capped once you reacha certain volume. Most references I find, after a brief search, indicate these (SmartChoice) plans are capped at 1, 4 or 6 Mbps. In short, it would help if you could share the terms and conditions of this plan. And you should contact True(Move) if you feel you are experiencing poor service. I seriously doubt True is "throttling" VPN traffic. Why would they?

Using marijuana may affect your ability to think and plan
bamnutsak replied to gargamon's topic in Thailand Cannabis Forum
Are you referring to the fictional characters? Or the actors portraying them? For the latter I'd submit that Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong have had long, successful, happy lives. If the former, well then, they made an impact on you as you remember their routine from ~ 50 years ago. There have been quite a few threads started with similar agendas. The best answer is that gargamon is concerned about people's health, and is signalling that by posting older news articles which he, evidently, just discovered. -
Yeah, it's a night light, Bluetooth speaker and vape. What's not to love? How many temperatures levels are there? And did you find a lower temp setting that didn't choke you out? (Agree on a safe word for sure.)

I think that this is attributable to your phone not being able to process (filter/forward) packets at rates that even a budget router could handle. I mean it was not designed as a bridge or router, rather some lower layer software is allowing two interfaces (4G -- WiFi) to transport packets. (These interfaces are not the limiting factors, although they can be with real routers.) I experience similar lower thresholds of performance when using my Pixel 6 as a hotspot, with or without a VPN enabled. There is a great thread here (in one of these sub-forums) about detailed use and testing of 4G routers. https://aseannow.com/topic/1273022-your-experience-with-sim-card-routers/ I'd look into a 4G router, making sure you buy something that has been reviewed as being capable of supporting your application requirements. A TP-Link MR600 might be the best mid-range option, but check the reviews.

‘Stop the Steal’ Organizer Ali Alexander Suspended From Twitter After Bombshell Accusations of Soliciting Teens for Nudes Twitter shut down Ali Alexander’s account amid shocking allegations that the Trump rally organizer asked teens to give him naked pictures of themselves. Alexander was located with the @Ali Twitter handle, which now leads to a completely blank page confirming his suspension. Alexander’s social media scrubbing follows his recent admission that he sent “inappropriate messages,” all while insisting that “Nothing unlawful has occurred.” He also spoke of how he has been “battling with same-sex attraction” despite being a self-identified bisexual in the past. https://www.mediaite.com/news/stop-the-steal-organizer-ali-alexander-suspended-from-twitter-after-bombshell-accusations-of-soliciting-minors-for-nudes/ I guess Mr. Alexander is in some kind of beef with Nick Fuentes and Milo Yiannopoulos over their roles in the failed Kanye West for President "campaign" And yes he does look a bit like Sammy Davis Jr.

Regarding Roe/Casey/Dobbs...Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett were "cagey" but IMO, they were not lying. Pivotal Senators heard what they wanted to hear. What Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett Said About Roe at Confirmation Hearings A close examination of the carefully worded answers by the three Trump appointees, however, shows that while each acknowledged at their hearings that Roe was precedent, and should be afforded the weight that that carries, none specifically committed to refusing to consider overturning it. https://www.factcheck.org/2022/05/what-gorsuch-kavanaugh-and-barrett-said-about-roe-at-confirmation-hearings/#:~:text=What Gorsuch%2C Kavanaugh and Barrett Said About Roe at Confirmation Hearings

Fox News settles Dominion defamation case for $787.5m
bamnutsak replied to onthedarkside's topic in World News
Fox News said it is "pleased" to have settled its dispute with Dominion. "We acknowledge the Court's rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false," the network said in a statement. "This settlement reflects FOX's continued commitment to the highest journalistic standards. We are hopeful that our decision to resolve this dispute with Dominion amicably, instead of the acrimony of a divisive trial, allows the country to move forward from these issues." https://www.cbsnews.com/news/fox-news-dominion-voting-systems-lawsuit-settlement/ I was on record here about a settlement being the obvious solution - all it takes is one or two jurors and Fox didn't want Rupert and the gang on the stand - , not that that was the outcome I was hoping for. Seeing Fox personalities roasted on the stand would have been much better for the country, and for popcorn sales. In the Seth Rich defamation settlement Fox demanded that the settlement be kept secret until after the 2020 election. But Tucker Carlson still refers to the "Seth Rich affair" but without mentioning his name. It will be interesting see which direction Fox chooses now. Towards a more mainstream journalistic path, or full-on crazy-town? So much for seasons five of the Goliath and Succession crossover. -
Six more Bidens may have gained from family business schemes: Comer
bamnutsak replied to onthedarkside's topic in World News
If any of this were real then Chairman Comer, and his committee, would have issued a full report, and referred charges to the DoJ. Instead he's yapping on Fox Business with that moron Larry (sniff-sniff) Kudlow. Pfft. It's a dud. About as bomb-shellish as the Durham "investigation", or "Benghazi".
