  1. I think this was the Mor Prom app/database, so quite a bit of detail on vaccinated foreigners as well.
  2. Washington judge orders FDA to not suspend abortion pill approval A federal judge in Washington state on Friday ordered the Food and Drug Administration to not roll back its approval of a widely used abortion drug, siding with a group of Democratic state attorneys general who challenged dispensing restrictions. Driving the news: The decision directly conflicted with another federal judge's ruling at almost the same time that put the FDA's approval of the drug, mifepristone, in jeopardy nationwide. The developments left the agency in an unusual legal bind and increased the odds that the matter will be considered by the Supreme Court. https://www.axios.com/2023/04/08/washington-judge-abortion-pills-texas Great, again an unchecked SCOTUS gets to tell the FDA how to approve drugs for safe use. Republicans are so far out over their skis and out of touch with the population they will become irrelavant.
  3. Taibi didn't seem ready, or committed, to be Elon's tool.
  4. Skin color seems to be the primary issue, in the case of the Tennessee legislature, given the reults of the explusion votes.
  5. I think that it is good that Tennesseean Republicans are showing both their constituents and the whole nation what racism and facism looks like in real time. You have to face a problem before any healing can take place. And we're far, far, far from aknowledging the "original sin". So I say thank you to these Republicans, for showing us who you really are. “When people show you who they are, believe them the first time." Maya Angelou “The Arc of the Moral Universe is Long, But it Bends Toward Justice.” Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (longer in Tennessee)
  6. I'm sure Chief Justice Roberts will conduct a full inquiry, as he did with the Dobb's leak, of Justice Thomas' dealings.
  7. It doesn't matter what I call it, and until details are published (never) I still contend that it is no more or less problematic than all of the giveaways the Prayut regime has handed out in six-ish years. 14.5 million people are currently on the dole. UTN (Prayuth) is also pushing more/increased welfaer payments. PPRP (Prawit) is pushing increased welfare stipends.
  8. He is not opposed to legal cannabis. If he were he would not rent out space in his Davis Hotel to a Cannabis Dispensary. He is opposed to the Chidchobs with whom he's had a running feud for decades. He also craves attention. Like most things here these feuds are more about family, clan, which part of China your ancestors came from, failed business dealings....
  9. And of course, the Notifications we receive. "Somebody" seems to react to evey single one of my posts. somebody reacted to a post in a topic Chuwit vows to continue his crusade against the Bhumjaithai Party and marijuana despite order I assume it's some "engagement" tactic (setting) meant to encourage participation.
  10. At least he "urged" and didn't "threaten".
  11. I think it comes in the form of a door, which you shouldn't let hit you as you leave.
  12. Actually, the Thai consitution "suggests" these are rights, but then also severely limits them, so no, he's wrong. And of course, in Thailand, some people have more rights than others, depending on where they are situated in the Thai social pyramid structure. As regards the rights and liberties of the Thai people, in addition to the rights and liberties as guaranteed specifically by the provisions of the Constitution, a person shall enjoy the rights and liberties to perform any act which is not prohibited or restricted by the Constitution or other laws, and shall be protected by the Constitution, insofar as the exercise of such rights or liberties does not affect or endanger the security of the State or public order or good morals, and does not violate the rights or liberties of other persons.
  13. The Prayut regime has had a digital welfare system in place since 2017. Currently some 14.5 million participate with monthly stipends in the 200 - 800 baht range. The Prayut regime has been handing out agricultural subsidies to farmers since 2017. Credit to government employees has been extended far beyond reasonable percentages, by banks and coops, under the Prayut regime. It's weird that academics, and other critics, all of a sudden think welfare is a bad thing when a populist party "suggests" this as a platform.
  14. I think it's an app. For those without a phone app vendors/lenders can facilitate. 15% - 30% VAT is supposed to be 10%, it's been "legislated" down to 7% "temporarily". Set to rise to 10% on 30 September 2023, but it will be suppressed again.
  15. You do realize that the current regime introduced a MASSIVE cashless welfare card program in 2017? And that it continues to this day with some 14 + million people (22 m tried to enroll in the most recent period), and 48 billion baht budgeted. Monthly stipends range from 200 - 300 baht with additional kickers of up to 500 baht. 17. Chuwit is a publicity seeking idiot, flaming out yet again in full view of the public. He is still trying to explain the 6 million baht "gift". https://aseannow.com/topic/1290738-mystery-฿6-million-to-be-traced-after-chuwit-outwits-detractors-again-by-calling-in-the-police/
  18. Can you share any more details? Any photos? This "burn" is deep inside the bud? How did it come to be "trapped"? Is this foliar or uptake? Do indoor growers use pesticides? And how does this "stand out"? Please share you expertise. Sorry but "trapped dirt"? Where? In a bud?
  19. Can you tell us more about these "nasties" which you see using your microscope?
  20. There was a recent thread here (and it started with the same fallacy), within the last 30 days, regarding renewal times using the U.S. Embassy's mail-in (or appointment for drop-off) process. The average seemed to be 15 real, working (no U.S. or Thai holidays) days, door-door. The same results seem to be holding for the Facebook experiences I've seen documented in the last few months, three weeks.
  21. Since the OP mentioned Mint, and other Mint users have chimed in, and many of us use UltraMobile... T‑Mobile to Acquire and Turbocharge Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile, Brands Will Continue Delivering Value on the Un‑carrier’s 5G Network Bellevue, Wash. – March 15, 2023 – T-Mobile US (NASDAQ: TMUS) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ka’ena Corporation and its subsidiaries and brands: Mint Mobile, a successful direct-to-consumer (D2C) prepaid wireless brand in the U.S.; Ultra Mobile, a unique wireless service offering international calling options to communities across the country; and wholesaler Plum. With this deal, the brands’ exclusive use of the Un-carrier’s largest, fastest and most reliable 5G network will continue. T-Mobile is acquiring the brands' sales, marketing, digital, and service operations, and plans to use its supplier relationships and distribution scale to help the brands to grow and offer competitive pricing and greater device inventory to more U.S. consumers seeking value offerings. The Un-carrier will also be able to leverage Mint’s industry-leading digital D2C marketing expertise as part of its broader portfolio to reach new customer segments and geographies. The Mint and Ultra brands are complementary to the company’s current prepaid service offerings Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile branded prepaid and Connect by T-Mobile. https://www.t-mobile.com/news/business/t-mobile-to-acquire-mint-and-ultra-mobile Who knows what impacts this might have on us as customers. Hopefully none. And this may be why the $13 UltraMobile SIM was unavailable on eBay, and that it might reappear? Nevermind, it looks like the $13 UM SIM is now available on eBay. https://www.ebay.com/str/mintmobilewireless Use a VPN with a U.S. IP address to "see" this $13 UM SIM. I've activated two of these with help of family in the U.S. I even ported my old TMo number into UM, during one activation. I created accounts with UM, then during the realtime activation used the SMS sent to activate the account. It was surprisingly simple. Then I had the SIM mailed to me here. I use WiFi calling, but it can be tricky depending on the handset, so I default to the GSM roaming and pay for the SMS. All that said I use GoogleVoice for 100% of my SMS OTPs without issue, across dozens of accounts, multiple times per day.
  22. I'd go back to the original source, I assume you liked it, and negotiate a volume buy, or work your way upstream?
  23. Oy vey. They're three different colors/finishes. Up to you.
  24. You can eat anything. Personally I throw the resulting biomass in the trash.
  25. The election results will not be "revealed" by 16 May. During the last "election" unofficial results were released + four days, with official results released + six weeks. Thaksin should not be making flight arrangements just yet - yes, I know he'll fly private. I can't see him returning, ever. Upright, or in an urn.
