  1. With more and more countries legalizing Cannabis, and considering it, Singapore probably wants to send a message reminding everyone that Cannabis remains a Class A Narcotic (which includes all the biggies). And a long drop method hanging at dawn should get everyone's attention. Singaporean citizens who smoke cannabis outside of Singapore can be tested upon return. Most are sent to drug rehab programs, maybe with a bit of caning.
  2. Fox is probably going to start the negotiation position with a five year non-compete, even if they choose to pay all five at 20 mil per for 100 mil. And they have ALL the power. They'll probably save more than that over all the settlements? Carlson, and Don Lemon, both hired Hollywood lawyer Bryan Freedman, who negotiated Chris Cuomo's package, to represent them. Although the two terminations seem quite different. Tucker for 'cause', and Lemon for 'performance'.
  3. The Thaiger is in on the faux outrage grift I guess. Animal advocacy group Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand said they feared Bailey’s post and the zoo’s appearance on Disney-owned talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live! “could influence tourists into supporting controversial wildlife attractions that campaigners say cause immense suffering to animals.” World Animal Protection Thailand described Bailey’s post as “a real bummer.” First of all, Ms. Bailey is at the mercy of her contract, and the requirement to promote a film. She probably assumes that these activities are reasonable and acceptable within Thailand. If you want to shame someone, maybe start with the Thai owner/operators of Safari World, and these two lame "Animal" activist groups for not doing anything to stop them.
  4. Who didn't love Trump's initial response... 'She's not my type,' Trump says of E. Jean Carroll, who accused him of sexual assault “I’ll say it with great respect: Number one, she’s not my type. Number two, it never happened,” Trump told The Hill in an interview at the White House. In 2016, after a former magazine writer accused Trump of assaulting her in 2005, he responded: “She lies! Look at her, I don’t think so.” And when another woman claimed Trump groped her on an airplane in the early 1980s, he said, “Believe me — she would not be my first choice.” https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/she-s-not-my-type-trump-says-e-jean-carroll-n1021331 I can't wait to hear him tell the court what "type" he does like to rape?
  5. Any future plans for Carlson may be limited until his lawyer negotiates the terms of his settlement. Yes, he can pop out videos, but again, his lawyer is probably advising him to keep quiet - which is just all so satisfying to think of him having to shut up - until there is a settlement. That video he released was very strange. Without his faux agency of the Fox he comes across as weak, powerless, claiming to be a victim and yes, pathetic.
  6. I wonder what kind of dirt Fox has amassed on Tucker? I suspect it's juicier than just some texts mocking management. "Eight sources."!!! Message received. Fox Has a Secret ‘Oppo File’ to Keep Tucker Carlson in Check, Sources Say FOX NEWS EXECUTIVES have in their possession a dossier of alleged dirt on Tucker Carlson should he attack the network in the wake of his departure, eight sources at and close to the network tell Rolling Stone. When Fox announced Carlson’s departure on Monday, the network presented the separation as amicable. But according to one former on-air Fox personality, the anchor and some of the channel’s top executives are parting ways on “the worst” and “messiest possible terms.” Indeed, in private communications released last month as part of the Dominion-Fox lawsuit, the now-fired Fox host gossiped that one such exec “hates us,” claiming she was covertly working against him and other hosts. But if Carlson attempts to torch the network he’s leaving, Fox is prepared, the sources say. https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-features/fox-news-tucker-carlson-secret-dossier-oppo-file-1234723855/
  7. Yes, your humility is on display in nearly every post. So you, and presumably Carlson, are "just asking questions"?
  8. So what is the concensus on Mr. Calrson? Did the Woke Mob cancel him? I think Bud Lite should issue him a ceremonial can (pun intended) to commemorate his transition. And Mars Inc. could gift a bag of the green M&M's ("the sexy ones"), for which he seems to crush for.
  9. Old Puddin' Fingers can't resist bullying anyone. Thank goodness he's makin' a mess in Japan. Even Trump has castigated Desantis on his war with Disney. Trump attacks DeSantis by suggesting Disney could leave Florida because of the governor https://www.palmbeachpost.com/story/news/trump/2023/04/19/trump-criticizes-desantis-on-disney-with-economic-disaster-in-florida/70129695007/ Trump will pummel Desantis in a debate.
  10. While Fox's number were down... Unsurprisingly, Fox News ratings suffered Monday night without the channel’s most watched host. After the surprise of Fox News and Tucker Carlson “agree[ing] to part ways” on Monday, the network’s 8 p.m. hour had a significantly smaller audience Monday night. The debut of Fox News Tonight, hosted by Brian Kilmeade (the first in a series of rotating hosts), pulled in just under 2.6 million viewers — about 21 percent below the average for Tucker Carlson Tonight (3.3 million viewers) over the past eight Mondays. Fox News Tonight also took a hit in the key news demographic of adults 25-54: Its 0.24 rating was 37 percent lower than the 0.38 Carlson averaged over the prior eight Monday shows. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/fox-news-takes-ratings-hit-after-tucker-carlsons-exit-1235400150/ ...there are plenty of right-wing outlets available to spread the Gospel. OANN and Newsmax are getting significant bumps.
  11. While there are fewer female serial killers, many of them are poisoners.
  12. The obvious solution is to raise the PSC from 700 baht to 1,000 baht, but the Tourism and Sport Ministry wants to "handle" this 7.5 BILLION Baht windfall on their own. * assumes 25,000,000 tourists this or next year, a not unrealistic estimate This money will be pilfered, stolen, embezzled, used for anything other than the 300 million baht in unpaid medical bills, or protecting the natural beauty of Thailand.
  13. Time to trot out forensic specialist Pornthip again, the former head of the Central Institute of Forensic Science in Thailand, with her re-purposed GT200 "Cyanide Detector"? That's his brand, and I think it is mandatory to use his brand name in any/all publications. Were the initial deaths categorized as suspicious? What was the legally published cause of death?
  14. Your posts reveal something far more sinister, ugly, nasty and despicable, and claiming "indifference" does not provide you with any teflon. I wouldn't even give you a participation medal for that weak post.
  15. Nor should you want to, but if you do Google setting up a VPN router for words and videos.
  16. Meh. Ignoring the sort of folks looking for a beef is a much better approach.
  17. Just to be crystal clear, these are not crimes, they occurred when Hunter Biden was an adult, and they describe Hunter Biden's actions (accurately I presume, I am not familiar with these claims) and not President Joe Biden's actions.
  18. Yes, given both the Biden family history, specifically the car accident which claimed his wife and one year old daughter (Hunter and Beau were severely injured), and the "parenting expertise" displayed by the previous President. Everything I've seen about Joe Biden's parenting skills tell me that he is an awesome father. (I was not his biggest fan when he was a Senator, given some of his failings. But I did come around during his VP stints. And I think he's done a decent job so far as President.
  19. DHV are also portable, and discreet. Five clicks, 30 seconds and it's ready to hit. And the resulting vapor is not annoying or recognizable to others. Now you might look a bit silly walking down the road with your bong, sloshing your "crushed ice" and water all over the place. Is that a bong in your pocket?
  20. Not even close... The current record holder is forty-seven (47) downed poles from one single accident. Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, 1 August 2015.
  21. Given how easy it is to register I'm surprised people don't bother. Now tell me if those folks selling NO2 balloons on KSR are "registered". I think NO2 is potentially much more dangerous than cannabis. I'm sure Chuwit will be along shortly to instruct us on the dangers of NO2, to, you know, protect the children.
  22. Given the scrutiny and criticism focused on Hunter Biden one might this that he was the President? Quite honestly, given his history, and publicly reported stories to date, I think Justice Thomas has committed at least equally problematic financial "transgressions"? It is weird, to me anyway, that the right-wing portrays the President as "brain-dead, holed up in a basement", while at the same time, extolling his next-level leadership of a criminal enterprise. But the right grapples with, and rationalizes, hypocrisy on an hourly basis, so maybe we shouldn't be surprised.
  23. Incorrect. Anyone with a bit of experience would know this is wrong. THC and related terpenes vaporize (not burn/combust) at lower temps than the actual biomass/plant material. After you vape herb, you are left with ~ 80% weight in the form of brownish material. "Physician, heal thyself." Smoking and Vaping are completely different, both in action and in results. I'm surprised vaping works for smoking cessation as it is wholly unsatisfying compared to that feeling of inhaling real, combusted "material". (Maybe it delivers nicotine effectively, which helps those addicted to it? I am a former cigarette/cigar smoker, pack a day.) Your "update" reminded of Richard Pryor running down the street on fire, circa June 1980. I think a battery-powered dry herb vaporizer is a much safer option than using a gas torch (while baked), and handling a hot metal tube. Yes, I know Dynavap users love their metal. I use the Xvape Fog Pro, I bought it here. From Greenlungs I think. 5,950 I think. Great unit. The Pax 3 is also available here, but closer to 12,000, although it's on promotion sometimes for 10,000. That Fenix unit looks OK, decent reviews.
  24. Other issues: no warranty-service repair in Thailand if that variant has not been certified (radio transmitters not limited to GSM) in Thailand it cannot be imported legally Buy a phone in Thailand. Packages are usually held at the Laksi Thai PO facility, after which they'll show up in someone's pocket or at the local market.
  25. You cannot isntall a VPN app/client on a Samsung TV as it runs a proprietary OS (Tizen). You can install VPN apps/clients on TVs which run Google TV OS (LG, for example). You cannot install a VPN client on an ISPs router. Your options remaining: a secondary router which you modify to run VPN software - this is a complex procedure, one that which, five minutes after getting everything working, will break. Eventuall you may get it to work for a longer period of time. an android "device" (box, Chromecast w/ Google TV), or Amazon Firestick, which attaches directly to the TV, and can run both your IPTV client and a VPN client. Ask your IPTV provider for a list of recommended Android TV boxes, and a recommended VPN provider. How are you using the IPTV client/service? Via a web-site? Do you have a notebook/PC? What is the model number of your Samsung TV? Is it attached (wired/WiFi) to your home network?
