  1. The Honorable Devin Nunes is the CEO. Trump and Ka$h Patel were removed from the board last month. Think they're, (TruthSocial) in legal hot water. Trump went a bit whacko on TS yesterday, he may not be well. Trump shares barrage of QAnon content and other conspiracy theories on his social media platform Facing numerous investigations, Trump shared posts promoting conspiracy theories, some of them from the account that originated QAnon, as well as a fake quote from his daughter. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-shares-barrage-qanon-content-conspiracy-theories-social-media-pl-rcna45465

  3. I used the pre-printed envelope provided. The zip code in that envelope was/is 18767-7162
  4. Quite a few walk-through videos on YouTube. There is at least one set of stairs, ~ 7-ish steps (wheelchair mechanism available). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6wlmmjdMLU
  5. In the U.S. the edibles selection is massive. There are other options in the drink-additive category, although this one appears novel. (They - MyHi - have CBD versions as well.) Called "Beverage Enhancers" in some dispensaries in the U.S. Of course products on offer vary by state for now. Edibles offer options to those who do not wish to smoke. Obviously this is not something that will be available here in the near-term, unless illegally imported.

  7. Sorry I meant Sai Tai Mai. (But there are some awesome dispensaries in Sai Mai, hence my mistake.) OK, but you did say... So I'm confused. Or maybe you are? My guess is that there are ~ 200 dispensaries in the greater BMA, you do not need to "cruise around for weed", just use the internet to search for nearby dispensaries. Most sales occur online, with delivery, so you can avoid other humans.
  8. This sounds like an "extra" step/process, after check-in but before security/departing Immigration?
  9. The OP has self-acknowledged mental health, addiction and anger issues. And appears to have some sort of agenda as well. Sounds like stopping to smell the flowers is a bad idea for him? Slipping back into that old lifestyle. Also weird that they got back in their car and drove impaired and angry. There are hundreds of dispensaries in Bangkok, there are a few in Sai Mai Road area.
  10. That wasn't my takeaway from that lame article. The Cannabis and Hemp Act is progressing in Parliament with a second reading coming soon. I've seen summaries, but not the complete current draft, said to have ~ 103 sections. Right now I'd say that recreational/personal use will not be made illegal. But production, sales and use will be tightly controlled. Many articles, in the Thai press mention that cannabis will be controlled like alcohol and tobacco. Anyone selling cannabis must be licensed. On-line sales may end up being illegal. Assuming this Act is passed and gazetted, it is but a first step. Many governmental organizations will have a subsequent say on controls, rules.regulations and punishments. And the Cannabis Board, chaired by Anutin, with some 24 members, will have final say on most if not all matters. I don't think any of us know how things will land near term and long term. Maybe a bit like prostitution-allowed to exist, alcohol and tobacco-tightly controlled?

  12. How many plants? Can you post some photos of the entire plant? You could hang a CO2 bag, there available here. I've had Fastbuds Blackberry Auto - from a Thai grower - awesome flower. Huge Fastbuds fan. https://growdiaries.com/seedbank/fastbuds/blackberry-auto https://growdiaries.com/seedbank/fastbuds/gorilla-glue-auto
  13. There is a health forum here where these discussion might be better addressed, and get a wider audience? https://aseannow.com/forum/23-health-and-medicine/ I'm not sure why people feel the need to "educate" others on the health issues associated with lifestyle choices? I guess they just can't resist? Any moderately educated person can comprehend the risks and benefits themselves. Again, the OP shared very little of their story, which IMO would bolster their "claims". Without any detail I'd call that original post worthless. That said, the OP seems to have fully recovered so all's well that ends well.
  14. Agree to disagree on this point - I have seen near top quality flower grown indoors here (compared to the legal markets in my home state in the U.S.), although I have no clue on your definition of "high quality". That said, this would be the OP's FIRST grow, and they are at least seven months from having product, assuming they started today. And this sounds like more than 15 plants, the current home-grow limit in the draft CCA, so the OP will have to apply for a comemrcial license, or go illegal.
  15. Are you sure these are 1,000 watt? Can you share the make and model number? Many light manufacturers claim a 1,000W light, but often it is 300W. You're going to have to move a LOT of air, from/to the outside, and run a LOT of AC. The smell from a grow this size will be overwhelming. Electricity rates are set to increase to 4.72 baht soon (September?), which will affect your gross margin. And cannabis prices are starting to drop, esp. for indoor. What growing method will you use? What types (Auto or Photo)? Have you factored in drying and curing? There are thousands of Thais doing this exact same thing, so competition will be fierce. And why start so big, for your first grow? How much dryed/cured product do you see your self producing at your business plan's run-rate? Grams per watt, grams per sq m.
  16. I think the insurance is 5,900. https://www.bangkokbank.com/en/Personal/My-Family-and-Me/Bancassurance/BKI/PA-1st/PA-1st-VIP Some say it may auto-renew so ask first. Some say it doesn't include internet and mobile banking so ask first. For some it's a small price to pay, for others an insurmountable challenge. The Residency Cert requires one to go to CW/Imm (I'm assuming Bangkok here), with supporting docs, which may include a TM.30 and/or a lease. They mail the certificate to you. I think some of the concierge services offer this, for a bit less money. The unfortunate truth is that BBL employees have a sales quota/SPIFF on these policies. Maybe just decline the insurance after expressing an initial interest or ask to speak with the manager. Others report success with a Thai reference.
  17. 100 mg is a pretty high dosage. Would be intersted to understand their source material, and extraction method(s). Many edibles, like gummies, come in 5 mg. For the OP, I'd suggest a high (30:1) CBD flower, like Charlotte's Angel, from a reputable source here. The Dispensary at Taratera sells an eighth for 1,250.
  18. Interesting that they released a "statement", but chose not to release any in-station CCTV video? Some video showed the mezzanine level of this station jammed as people wanted to avoid a torrential rainstorm. Seems like this was an EPIC failure on the part of the BTS. In previous years they have managed capacity on the mezz and platform levels. Hopefully they "learned" something from this "incident"? Maybe someone should be monitoring the escalators via video, and stop it when there are capcity issues? There is a 15 sec video which shows incident. https://www.facebook.com/KittichaiInThailand/videos/1491002491341984/ The red stop button is hard to get to (on purpose).
  19. No change for me...USPS tracking still shows... July 28, 2022 In Transit to Next Facility Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility. ThaiPost EMS last shows an update on July 23, 2022. Third-party trackers show the same as ThaiPost EMS. I assume it got delivered, or maybe it's still in Newman's truck? I mailed another form via airmail for 49 baht.
  20. Thanks. Fine looking, best real bud pron here so far. The Kush Mints definitely looks like it's imported from the U.S. Probably the same for the White Truffle. That source has a website (easily found), but no physical shop, as far as I can tell.
  21. A second draft/reading of the Cannabis Conrol Act was dropped on Friday. Recreational use is not strictly forbidden, see #15 below, "This law allows for the consumption of cannabis for medicinal purposes." Note that it doesn't say "only". Nor is recreational use specifically highlighted as "illegal". For now, anyway. CCA draft 2 google translate 20-8-2022 "Anutin" reveals that next week, a draft of the Marijuana Act, before entering the council, explains that there are 103 articles. 23. "Strongly discouraged". Is that a legal term? I can't figure out if he's playing chess or underwater checkers sometimes. He seems to have different messages for different audiences on different days. Obviously no one can press him on his claims. Even after the Cannabis Control Act is gazetted it may be a few years before we understand what the rules are in practice.
