  1. Sorry, I don't believe a thing the police "report" on this incident. Police cannot investigate themselves. Police reform has never, ever come from within. And I'm not sure if this "report" is a good thing or a bad thing? They seem to want to move this from drug-related to mental-illness related.
  2. The police should NOT be allowed to investigate this incident. The conflict of interest is just overwhelming. The new national police chief should consider resigning as he has failed at his job. And the government overseer of the police should also resign in shame. That overseer is the PM. The King should consider appointing a small panel, five at most, of the most uncorrupted people available (assuming that many can be located in Thailand), to investigate this matter and report to the public within 14 days with actionable items: recommended indictments, sackings, re-organization. Longer term they might stay on as an independent police commission. The police have lost the respect and confidence of the people.
  3. Gruesome crime-scene and accident photos are not unusual here. They are normally masked in the name-brand publications. I can't make a judgement on these photos, nor would I want to even see them. That said, the Police have better things to do than warn off citizen's exercising their rights. If they're breaking a law, and it's pretty easy to whip one up, Internet Crime for example, then start arresting them.
  4. Interesting to watch, for example, Doctor's groups rail on about the horrors of cannabis, while this country rots away from the methamphetamine plague.
  5. The Police have a lot of questions to answer. But they won't of course. Will be portrayed as just another "bad apple" with "mental illness", who was allowed to hang around for three years.
  6. Saw 6,500 mentioned in one article. He can only affect Federal prisoners, hence he made a request to governors. Most possession cases are at the state level. As with a lot of law "enforcement" in the U.S. there is a racial bias component, African Americans are arrested for violating marijuana possession laws at nearly four times the rates of whites, yet both ethnicities consume marijuana at roughly the same rates. This is polling quite high...68% Recreational/90% Medical. So this puts republican candidates in the Senate, House on the defensive leading up to the mid-terms. In the House they pretty much voted 100% (all but two or three I think) against this HR. Now their opponents may force them to take a stand.
  7. Asking the tough questions can certainly be put off, but not for too long. Unfortunately, police corruption and the methamphetamine scourge are part of the Thai fabric, and unthreading them from the overall garment is impossible.
  8. Interesting turn given Biden was the ONLY Democratic pesidential candidate opposed to legalization. But we still need legislation, not proclamation, so H.R. 3617 (the M.O.R.E Act, passed the House 4/1/22) needs to progress. But that may not happen. So we get this proclamation. https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/3617
  9. Yes, of course, that's why I said... But a photo is more objective. I appreciate the time you took to compile your review, and all of the additional detail. And thanks for adding the photos.
  10. Valid opinion, but not really a reason for NOT sharing photos. Much can be gleaned from photos. Most of the other attributes you highlight are subjective.
  11. Thanks. IMO photos are the most important detail...jars, labels, Boveda packs, THC content, not so much. Not sure what this means? I don't think posting photos is somehow against the rules here?
  12. Thanks for the review. And the photo of the jar tops/labels. Can you post photos of the contents of the jars?
  13. What strain is this? I don't see anything that looks quite like that on their website. That black color seems strange.
  14. It's usually money or love here, time to add Meth to that list. Very, very sad news.
  15. Saw references to these on FB yesterday, imported, not cheap. 100 Euros for 8 tests. https://www.alpha-cat.org/product/cannabinoid-test-kit-thc-potency-mini/
  16. I'd search on the wider internet for options on tropical/equatorial strains. example: https://sensiseeds.com/en/blog/equatorial-cannabis-varieties/ The dual challenges of the daylight cycle and rain/humidity, usually call for Sativa strains which are generally tall, with a loose airy structure, with less dense buds. They grow good cannabis in Jamaica, Columbia, Mexico, Hawaii even Indonesia. So it is possible. You could experiement with techniques like topping/FIM and high/low-stress training (HST/LST). Obviously too late for these but maybe try on future grows? I've seen some amazing photos of local outdoor grows, so it can be done.
  17. I would not recommend metal halide or HPS lights for any home-growers here. These are hot, inefficient and neither have full spectrum. Yes, we used metal halide lights back in the 80's and 90's, because that's all we had. Most people should be using LED lights. Very efficient and these run cool. You can get one single LED light (mostly 3000 or 3500K, with some extra far red for bloom) with nearly full spectrum. Of the hundreds of local indoor grows I've seen documented, 95% use LED. I'm surprised anyone is actually recommending such a thing in this age, unless possibly providing nightime lighting for a street or parking garage? I can't see how you could grow decent cannabis here indoors without using AC, and humidity control, with or without these old generation lights?
  18. Obviously no way to tell from a photo, some aficianodos could probably tell based on smell, taste and efects? Supposed to have that notable diesel smell. And should lay you out. I'm guessing it called Glue becasue it glues you to the couch? Could easily have been grown from GG4 seeds, but... looks like a failed grow, poor trim, questionable curing along with potential bud rot and mold. All my opinion based on the one single photo. Why do you ask? Can you describe to smell, taste and effects? It might be safer to huff this...

  20. How big an operation are you planning? Draft legislation suggests up to 15 plants for home growers. Anything bigger than that requires the formation of a "Community Enterprise" or an "Agricultural Cooperative". Local sub- and district government offices shhould be able to advise you. I've seen this hotline number mentioned in quite a few articles: 1174. Perhaps your wife could do the initial research. Many complain about this process - not personal growing - and the costs/capital required. Obviously you're well behind the initial land rush.
  21. Thanks for this, is that photo something you took? The cannabis on the plastic bag is ground, correct? They have some nice product.
  22. I can't imagine THC helping at all with anxiety, but people do report such success. Seems like it might mask the symptoms rather than address the underlying issue? Have you been diagnosed with GAD? How have you treated this anxiety previously? You can do your own research the internet - I'd recommend that.
  23. How much was the fine? Who collected this fine? Were you charged with any crimes?
  24. Will Prayut return as PM? Yes. The 5-4 vote was "whipped" to cut off (and postpone) public debate. But the court will rule in his favor, like 7-2 or 8-1, based on Meechai's say so.
