I'll go again and answer you I was in the rear economy cabin big section obviously. No pre food snacks or drinks....no real issue to be fair some airlines have stopped it anyway but somewhat surprised to be fair on a national carrier on its "premier" route Food comes out on aisle section opposite us, Start serving I wasnt the only one looking around thinking wheres our side !! Guy on centre section but on our aisle side asks across across wheres our flight attendants (re food) Polite response from one of the two girls (sorry sir we are short crewed tonight) They wind themselves down the front of the cabin reverse back up obviously reload on food and start on our aisle

I did that drive back in 2007 from Lamtamanchai to CM (about 20 kms from Buriram) I cannot tell you how long that drive is.....it was before sat navs in Thailand so we were using maps......I said to her we cant be that far away and 5 minutes later big signpost comes up Chang Mai 398 kms 😂 Its a very very very long drive and dont recommend it even with an overnight stop

Simple answer You very politely explain the issue to the lead flight attendant and then promptly shut your mouth Dont add any more conversation Now they'll obviously try and find you another aisle seat (if that was your original seat) but if they cant they have only one option and thats move you to Biz

UPDATED Saw them yesterday. What I has suspected was accurate They booked the main tickets 5 weeks previously but had bought the onward tickets at the same time ! Course they had gone off the system 48 hours later !! So that explains that clearly Though still surprising they got asked for them with already having Evisa

Again dont shoot the messenger lol If someone says they obtained Evisa in advance then obviously no 3rd party is going to call them a liar Notwithstanding though the onwards tickets didnt stack up Let me check tomorrow If I see them. They may well have gone off the system and I'm suspecting thats the case

Yes they had 60 day Evisa....these lads were not idiots that was clear. As for Evisa and Visa exempt effectively being the same I can openly say that last entry in January I was pointedly asked "no visa" because previous 3 entries had been visa exempt hard up against the 60 days and thrd one had been extended It was clear that my next arrival I will need Evisa in advance I also agree that normally having that visa trumps everything but clearly not this time.....could well have been check in agents being over zealous As I said in OP dont shoot the messenger on this one......I have always been dubious that these onward tickets would stack up to closer examination
