    We buy beef from the Ratanakorn Market in Jomtein to take back up north. We bought it at 'Sophie's' but there are other outlets. Went the day before and ordered it. Payed half and picked up the next day.. Round about 250 a kilo.

    My partner ran a 'Rooms to Rent' business. Made good money before COVID. Dead over the pandemic. Never picked up after. She changed the rooms back into a family home.

    I dunk mine in whisked egg and a deseeded chopped chilli. Fry in a little oil till both sides golden brown. Serve with bacon with HP sauce or Maple syrup. Curtesy of Jamie Oliver.
