  1. Thanks for your feedback experienc on owning the sealion 7 awd . Reading jbchiangrai note, another advantage of awd is same tire size for all 4 wheels 555.
  2. Appreciate if you can your share your experiences with the sealion 7. The dealer told me software is an issue for this model and also be prepared to wait longer for spare parts as it is currently imported . I test drove the awd version ( no premium to test drive ), I am leaning towards awd anyway ( only 100k more ) but online reviews indicated that the premium was preferable , drivability /control and non overpowering unlike the awd performance which has dual engines 4.9 sec. I appreciate your inputs. Thanks
  3. Here we go again 2025 , starts middle of next month , hope we get it timely this year
  4. previously, I read that Tesla delivered 1,000 model y ( new model juniper ) called the launched series . Only 1000 ! . So we should the numbers in May . Along with the regular model y juniper (non-launched series .
  5. The reev version looks interesting but not much information of the total cost of ownership, Is this version cost less per Km driven than the BEV)? Real life experience question for reev future owners, is do i need to fill gasoline if i have always have battery left?
  6. Xpeng g6 2025 has 5 c charging , just a step before BYD 10c charging The Xpeng G6 all-electric SUV has received a raft of 81 updates for the 2025 model year – and chief among these is a new, “bulletproof,” ultra-fast 5C charging “A.I. battery” that can go from 10 to 80% charge in just twelve minutes
  7. Mg 4 new model called D Long range (ncm battery with no ELK, Ismart, etc) for 719,900 Baht. No frills ..Very competitive EV market in Thailand.
  8. perhaps this might change as Thailand is a newly minted BRIC “ partner” and even in the future , full BRIC member.
  9. Buy 3 mil condo or 2 mil car - can have bank account - cannot Staying in Thailand does make you insecure with all these changes . Part of the pro and cons living here . 😛

  11. Thanks for that understanding , so no itac for the premium.will ignore the fever byd spec on their website that has itac on its spec sheet below but was correct in the brochure.
  12. For those who bought the sea lion 7 . I am trying to understand if ITAC is an option to have as it seems in the brochure that it is only on the performance model . As we know models varies per region and rever may be incorrect in their pdf brochure as its website states that itac is available in both versions. I just want to know if itac is a must ti have
  13. was the deposit 4,000 baht like tesla ? Tesla waiting period is also s long time for the model juniper , 5 months (jan-may )
  14. i took the bait and asked the dealer and now it 609,900 but for 2025 year model that includes a spoiler.
  15. Chose economy Chose cash in the moving bolt . I see Sign . Enjoy the ride
  16. Sealion 7 pricing was introduced Nov 28.
  17. Yes, I was also looking at Geely too. good comparable to bad Otto 3 extended ( my 2nd choice after Sealion 7 premium) . My personal issues were that there was no Geely dealer in chiang mai and if I order a car, it will be registered and delivered from BKK. So I have to wait for them to setup shop in CNX.
  18. I test drive Sealion 7 today. I like the car look a lot but need to decide whether to go with the premium or performance. I wanted to test the premium version but Dealer only had performance model . I felt the power for sure but thought the steering ride was delayed and loose, understandable as this is a large car with lots of HP. However I wonder if the premium has better control , less body roll since it is lighter and has less torque power. Dealer told me that they might have a premium to test drive next month but of course I will miss out on the dec 10 promo deadline. Anyone tested the premium and give me your thoughts . Thanks for your inputs.
  19. Seems like the difference between the premium and performance model of the seal,or Sealion 7 is only 100k . Sure looks attractive and tempting to move up to the performance for the speed and awd even though you do not need it .
  20. can BYD cars in Thailand use Telsa superchargers 250 kw yet. I understand BYD can in Australia.
  21. Received my 7162 today, the 7162 was dated June 06 2024. Over 4 months to reach me here in chiangmai. Going to post office later to mail. Hope it gets processed.
  22. good to know that. I was afraid that they might close ira accounts which would mean large taxes incur if they cannot accept a Thai address . Thanks
