Over night my ac runs on 27c dry mode, the fan and cooling only switch on occasionally.
In the day time I do the same maybe drop it couple of degrees add it warms up.
I've got a south facing outer wall on my room and found that if I keep Windows doors and curtains closed when I go out for the afternoon i can switch off the AC and the room remains a little cooler & less humid on my return than opening windows but closing curtains.
The price is fairly economic, to run it like this than to have it on cool.
Any other tips to keep it pleasant yet economical?

No, I had one by chance in Kuala Lumpur. They call it ping pong massage!
They use thumbs in a upward stroking motion on your perineum like they are playing ping pong with your balls.
It's supposed to clear your tubes out, and massage + strengthen that muscle down there.

Can you recommend the ones in Chiang Mai. I'm here and I can't find

A photo copy was accepted last time they asked for it.

Yeah I agree, and lots of custom ROM support.
It's just getting hold of the hard wear.
I'm hoping for a price drop before the new year.
I've had 2 phone delivered before in Thailand, 1 got whacked with a customs bill kindly administered for just add big a fee by DHL.
But the standard EMS 30 day got here eventually and somehow didn't get picked for a customs charge.

Might be a software update, Kodi has been forced to disable things which might allow you to watch streaming content and non copyright.Kodi has seized my android box and now can't use any movies, etc. Does anyone please know a tech who comes to my home repair?
Is it all movies or online streaming stuff?
You could try a factory reset and reload everything.
Or if your box is a little old buy a new one with the latest x265 codec.

Try phone apps first, it's easy to pick up enough phrases and numbers to do basic shopping and politeness.
Then start paying for more conversational skills, you'll get more value for money from it.

I recommend you learn to ride a motorcycle, moped, scooter - and bring a licence that shows that.
You might find it difficult to find all of that in walking distance but a short bike ride to one or two and the rest could be walking.

I get the feeling a memo went out to all neighborhood Embassy's in the past few months telling them to adhere to the standards.
At least u know where you stand, us Brits like it like that.
The only thing I didn't like was the ticket out, but if all follow suit allowing 85-90 day outbound flight tickets it will make things easier.

Mine wasn't a back to back and the first TR at HCMC.Good Info Nick ZepTepi
Last time I was in HCMC doing the same as you - I also took my bank statement from my online UK bank, but I was told that it was not required.
I asked why it was not required since it states on their website that it would be required - She said that if I had previously a tourist visa issued and this application was being done as a back to back then a bank a statement would be required - So by this definition your application you shouldn't require the bank statement.
I am assuming that since you are not leaving Thailand immediately after the visa's 60 days then this would be an extra reason for requiring the bank statement.

Offices open at 8:30.
I walked into an empty office at 9:20 that had 2 counter windows only 1 of which was staffed.
The pleasant staff member asked for each document checked the essential details have me a receipt and I'm going back tomorrow after 13:30 to collect.
Document the retained a copy of.
1 passport photo
Ticket in - Nok air booking confirmation.
Ticket out - airAsia booking confirmation that was dated for + 87 days from arrival. She looked like she was doing some quick calculations and accepted it without further question.
Bank statement - my last online only UK bank statement.
And $40
5 minutes in total.
With the outbound flight dated within the 30day extension zone this embassy is highly recommended.

In the UK & USA mid range hotels return more value than luxury per sq meter. And cheaper to develop than marble luxury etc
And more likely to be full. Imagine plush B2 @ 700- 900 baht a night.
And half decent food places to capture that market...

Check your location history on Google maps, they know more than you remember.

How do you set your a/c unit?

It's the humidity that has more affect on me. Just a fan probably wouldn't do the trick. Dry setting on my AC does seem a bit cheaper to run.
