The THEOS (Thai Earth Optical Space system) programme was set up in 2005 and was intended to benefit from several other new space programmes at the time. If memory serves, the parent company was European Aeronautic Defence and Space (AEDS), a French company. Thai engineers were to attend extensive training from European experts. However, I didn't follow it up but I do remember that the scheduled launch was before 2010. Maybe that was THEOS-1 which I don't recall reading about. Perhaps someone else on the forum has more up to date info.

Quite. This was my thought also. It is possible that the boy did have some weakness or other and perhaps his teacher might know about it. But a Caretaker?? He should have reported the the tap problem to the head teacher (or whoever employed him). He should be dismissed for just for taking the 'law into his own hands' and then the school following up on that via the appropriate authorities. Unfortunately I doubt that will happen. I hope the boy recovers.

I haven't read anything that definitely compares content. If Pres. Biden did take the documents to his private residence then surely he would have placed them in a place where they were directly under his supervision (and I would assume there is some protocol/rule governing such). If he just left in the car and another lot elsewhere in the garage.....why didn't he say so after the first batch had been found? But that's academic now since he didn't know they were there. So if he didn't put them in the car/garage who did? And the next question is, who had access to his car/garage? Apart from Staff, do members of family have access? If he has a Service Company on site, do they have access? Remember, these documents were 'found' and no one, as yet, has come forward to claim responsibility for their location.

I have just seen the the US AG video who clarifies that classified documents batches two and three (I didn't know there was a third batch) found in Pres. Biden's car in a locked garage at his residence in Delaware and in the garage too. So Pres. Biden didn't know these documents were in his office and now he didn't know they were in his car and garage.

Perhaps Prince Harry didn't think it through...and realise the press would 'jump' on it.

I am not making comparisons because I don't see anything to be gained. Indeed, Pres. Biden's situation maybe totally innocent or it may not. Pres. Biden has stated that he didn't know they were there but why didn't he know? It was HIS office. And if he is telling the the truth, who DID know they were there and for what purpose. I repeat from earlier comments, these are question yet to be answered and we will have to wait and see.

I don't know what the US law states but that is not my point. 'Tug' wrote categorically that fmr. Pres. Trump '...stole...' etc. and I think we on this forum should be cautious about making such statements about anyone, let alone Presidents of the US. As a side note, I understand that another batch of classified documents have been found in PennBiden Office. Seems to me that the US system recording to whom and where such important documents are, is in need of a complete overhaul. How long have these documents been in place without supervision? If there was supervision why were they not declared at the time when (then) VP Biden vacated the office?

Now, you may be right about fmr. Pres. Trump but I don't think it has be proven that he 'wilfully and illegally stole...'. I saw the video where Pres. Biden is on stage with other leaders and he denies being aware that such documents were in the office. So it needs to be confirmed as why the documents were in the first place, for whom they were there. I find his denial a bit difficult to understand since it was his VP office and surely such important documents would have required his notification.
