  4. It is always highly advisable to adhere to the immigration's rules and conditions to avoid headaches and the 90 days reporting is one of them rules that it's better to get it done before rather than be late and from experience my 90 days reporting were always without a problem, so go ahead and do it.
  5. Amazing that for once, Thais and foreigners are treated equally, hopefully that will lead to that in the future foreigners will be 'treated equally' more often.

According to the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM), 237 people died and 1,696 were injured from 1,720 traffic collisions between April 11 and 16, a period dubbed as “Seven Dangerous Days” by Thai media. and Songkran 2021: The death toll was one less than last year’s 238 deaths and 2,116 injuries from more than 2,113 collisions.
  9. In general, Thai people don't like what perceived by them as a loud attitude/behaviour and or staring at them in a confrontational manner, there were times back than when foreigners were sort of revered and respected, no longer and not anymore, now most foreigners are looked at as just some people that they have to put up with, sign of time it is.
  10. The human minds are capable of coming up with horrible ways of inflicting pains and sorrows on other humans just to satisfy their need for revenge that is nothing new.
  11. I could of 10 reasons why NOT to retire in Thailand but i won't go into it now, Thailand is not what it used to be 10-20 years ago easy pizzy place to live, enjoy and have fun, now it's all about the money and rules and more rules, none of which to make life easier.
  12. Rubbish, no such thing as the best soup in the world or the best this or that dish in the world, as many people are in the world that's how many taste's preferences are, all the rest is just marketing and wishful ploys to fill web/news pages.

  15. I too had a problem with excess night urinations until i saw my urologist and to check the PSA that turned to be normal so he prescribed me Nocdurna 50 mcg (Desompressin, sublingual wafers) that seems to help but then i have found that saying away from caffeine drinks like Pepsi and cola style beverages has worked wonders and a significant drop in the night trips to the bathroom.

  17. Right now, and for a while, stamps have fallen of its former glory unless they're exceptionally rare and even than the market is tight, good coins and banknotes seems to be what collectors are after now.
  18. As a collector myself, it's very hard to judge the value unless being seen and inspected, some rare stamps can bring good money but then again, they have to be appraised and inspected as to the true value and Thailand is not the country for that, other than setting a price you'd be happy with to let them go and sell them locally or keep them until you'll in Europe or the State to let a proper auction house sell them on your behalf, you can PM me if you want to discuss the matter further, be happy to help.
  19. Mathematically, its stand to reason, that with a such huge colossal number of motorcycle riders in this country riding 24 hours a day, that whatever you do to avoid it, a certain percentage of riders will die unfortunately.
