This kind of behavior is happening all over the world's roads and even worse outcomes, best is to let things go, i know it's hard as often I myself get angry at other inconsiderate motorists but I allow for cool head to prevail. -
I was referring to a beef with a decent amount of marbling in it, not a wagyu beef level, but some marbling that makes the steak cook faster and juicier, I'll give Pon Yang Kham beef a go at Thai-French Butchery.

Where in BKK or Pattaya can one buy good quality, reasonably priced Thai beef? there're several imported beef suppliers around but just wondering whether the local beef can stack up to the imported and pricy beef?

Those are horrendous, unfathomable figures, an ongoing catastrophe on a mega proportion that no one seems to know what to do about it or stop it. -
Even 150k a month is high in Thai standard, and as one poster commented, there's a lot of Russian and other nationalities flocking to Phuket right now that either can afford it or they're forced to pay such high rent, so if they think they can get it, good for them.

To re-educate Thai drivers will be akin to shifting mountains, and impossible task, what can be done is try to minimize the carnage on the roads, and a person who can achieve that can also turn dust into gold. so for now, it remains as a wishful thinking. -

10,000 baht a month rent a month is the kind of rent you pay at a high-end condominium, 50-75,000 baht will be more like it, and yes, some renters do live in a shocking mess and live the place messy.
