    As an owner of several condos past and present in Bkk i can tell you that there is not an established market price indicator to what you're looking for, it is all up to location, size, age and amenities of the building that will form the value of the premises, sometimes even in the same street or the same building you'll find different prices. so it is the leg work and time to find the one that suits your needs.

    My experience is that even from the same shop they'll still charge you more for delivery albeit not x 5 but at a reduced rate.

    I have a strong dislike to the common Myna bird of Thailand that screams its head off relentlessly 24 hours a day, The bird can imitate human voices and has a number of sharp calls and chatter. This includes croaks, squawks, chirps, clicks, whistles and ‘growls’, while poop can be cleaned, this noise pollution can drive a person mad and it's unstable.

    He probably did to others too, I'll be surprised if he has a property to rent at all and it's just another scam, what you can do is to get someone else to contact him and see if he does it again and record him and then lodge a complaint with the BIB.

    Define credible, many sources now days portray themselves as credible, some for-money others are hoax and many do install confusion and mayhem.

    Why is there the need to "Raid" a bar who's only sin is staying open beyond the hours? just issue a penalty notice and a warning and keep the "raids" for much more nefarious crimes.

    For a stolen cars to clear customs both in the UK and here obviously takes a lot of connections and under the table payments and more then few crocked men, we know that in Thailand this is not a problem but seems that the UK has its fair share of bent officials as well.

    It'll be interesting to know what the reciprocal arrangements regarding extraditions of fugitive from justice in the US when it comes to Thais who are wanted in Thailand.
