Is it possible that the police have looked at the vendor and didn't find a way to get your money back from? there are many people who sells stuff on line out there now days who are a fly-by-night operation and are very hard to track or find or has nothing to their name to take from.

Two nights ago, left overseas from BKK main airport at 10 PM and the gate i was departing from was chock of block Chinese and Korean, many hundreds of them flying back ang back and that's from one gate only, so not sure about those published numbers but Thailand is swarming with tourist right now.

The world is in turmoil on many fronts right now and the aviation industry did not escape the brunt of oil, Covid, wars, inflation, hostilities and aggression and the down turn in the Technology and Innovation industries, so no wonder that so many airlines have folded, but given enough time and most will bounce back. -
NOT belittling Ajarn Jayasaro the rightfulness to be awarded the Thai nationality, there are many other foreigners that contribute to the Thai society in their own ways and means and just as important what with charities, donations, teaching and rescues, you don't want them to receive Thai nationality? than award them a special status that will be as good as a Thai national but without the yearly hassles and the costs involved.

I could never understand the strong aversion of the Thai government to its successions not to award Thai citizenship to foreigners who reside in the kingdom and are tax paying model people, especially when many thousands of Thais are getting foreign citizenship in many other countries, an act that bordering on racism if i may use this term.

Echoing Britmantoo, i would seriously consider going back to your country of origin or to any other country that has advanced knowledge and treatment in finding solutions for your predicament and see what the best treatment i can get there.. with all due respect for Thai medical profession i wouldn't put my life in their hand if i has other options...

I find it hard to believe that a receptionist can have an unrestricted camera access to rooms, they can be sued for breach of privacy close, maybe the op didn't see the whole process that he claimed to witnessed ...
