  1. As per my observation on the road i now see many more motorists stopping for pedestrians and ever before, which is a step in the right direction, however, red light jumping is getting worse by the day...

Anyone who lives valuables visible to anyone should deserves what coming to them, commonsense says don't tempt thieves, not only in Thailand, any country in the world.. car thieves are so sophisticated now that with a help of state of the art equipment, can brake into any car in the world and steal in 30 second or less...
