The need for permission is needed, even if the tree is dead. Otherwise, people could poison the tree and wait till it died and then remove it, and don't try and tell that no one would do that.
Done that myself, in Australia, to a neighbour's tree because its roots were getting into my sewage pipes & he was refusing to do anything about it.
After getting my pipes cleared out for the 4th time, l took matters into my own hands & poisoned the tree.
When it died, he had to cut it down & remove it.
Never had a sewage problem after that.
Funny, that.

Long time ago, a friend who had always had bicycles bought an old VW 412 and we were driving down the highway at 100kph.
Huge BANG!. The front tire exploded taking the entire fender off with it. He manages to pull the car over and I asked how much pressure in the tires man? Well 100lbs he says. That's what I always put in my bicycle. We quickly let the excess out of them before continuing.
Too funny!
A few weeks ago on another thread l did mention about excess tyre pressure on my company Pickup while in New Guinea.
We used to run 80psi in our lsuzu dump trucks & thats what my boys put in to my pickup when they fitted a set of tyres.
l had to go into town to pick up parts & the ride was so rough & all over the road.
Checked the tyres in town & yep 80psi.
l quickly let them down to 30psi. When l got back to the workshop, l called in my boys & explained it all to them.
Not their fault, no one had ever told them.
It was a short trip, guess l was lucky.

l also have lived in both countries & my ex was a Filipina.
l much prefer Thailand for all the reasons mentioned above.
Thailand wins hands down.
Just MHO, I think that Thai women are prettier than Filipinas.
l also feel safer in Thailand.

He is African. He entered Europe illegally. He burned down a school in Italy. He served 4 years in prison.
He then entered Germany after his release from prison. His asylum application was refused but remained in Germany. He committed 3 further crimes in Germany whilst awaiting deportation. Last month, this person was considered a threat to Germany due to his extreme Islamist links. He still couldn't be deported?
Clearly the laws of Germany in relation to asylum seekers need to be changed.
Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa ConnectWith his record, he needs exterminating.
When are we going to get real with these people?
The relatives of the murdered people should be able to sue Merkel & all these other bleeding heart, do-gooder, PC Idiots, who support "multiculturism".

Once worked on a cattle property in northern Australia.
Some of the Aboriginal Ringers(cowboys), would drink a concoction that they called "White Lady", which left them sometimes comatose.
The drink is a mixture of condensed milk, sugar & methylated spirits.
l once took a sip, just to see what it was like. Not good.
Don't know how they could drink it.

Well they came originally from Bangladesh, illegally to Myanmar.
Even Burma doesn't want them………wonder why?
Now they are returning.
What a great idea!
Now if we could just convince other muslims in European nations to return to the countries that they came from………

My year would be when Lake Lyndon in the New Zealand southern alps stopped freezing in the early 1970s. That was long before the term "global warming" was ever heard. From 1971 the snow level rose significantly. As I haven't been there since the 80s, I can't say as to the snow level since.
BTW, back then, the scientists were forecasting lower temperatures, so they were wrong then, and who is to say they are right now?
l have some old National Geographic magazines at home(from the 70s)& in one of them, Scientists are predicting the coming ICE AGE.
Change their minds quickly, don't they?
The earth goes through cycles of warming & cooling.
The retreating ice in Greenland is uncovering farms that the Vikings had there in the 11th century when the climate was WARMER than it is now.
l would agree that mankind is probably contributing to climate change(a minuscule amount), but not causing it.

Thats why l bought a spare for when this one gives up the ghost.

Had a XB Ford falcon, 351ci V8 with a 4 speed manual trans.
Just so much torque it was frightening.
l didn't do too much to the engine, just fitted extractors & bigger exhaust system.
l loved to round up the Chryslers & Holdens. This was in the early 70s.
Got too many speeding tickets so l sold her & went overseas.
Now back in Australia, l have just bought the latest(& the last)Holden VFII.
3.5litre V6 210kw, but its got all the power that l need.
With its IRS it hugs the road & sails around bends at 125km/h.
Prob be my last car

What's wrong with just going "au naturel"?
I would imagine, the ladies would do good with a little taste of freedom, instead of feeling all confined and such!
Sag & get in the way, maybe?

Well said. Besides a brief period of active art and science several hundred years ago the Muslim cultures have contributed precious little to the betterment of the human race and a whole lot to its destruction and suffering. It really erks me when i see these rubes parading down sukhumvit subjugating their women in plain view. Free societies must stop tolerating the intolerance.
The "brief period of active art & science several hundred years ago" was due to the Arabs capturing Byzantine scholars & translating treaties & theorems from Ancient Greek into Arabic.
Even the so-called Arabic numeral system is copied from lndia.
The Hindus invented the concept of zero.
The Muslims haven't done much for the world.
