The man, whose identity remains confidential, admitted to having consumed cannabis beforehand, attributing his disorderly conduct to the stress induced by the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas, coupled with the effects of the drug. The incident occurred on last night. The Pattaya Police were summoned to Walking Street in South Pattaya following reports of a foreign tourist causing a disturbance. Upon arriving at the scene, they were met with the sight of the Israeli tourist, exhibiting disruptive behaviour and a lack of cooperation. Witnesses to the scene reported that the man had caused damage to property along Walking Street. He was seen inexplicably striking several cars parked along the roadside. Following this, he entered a convenience store, where he helped himself to food and drinks without making any attempt to pay for the items. This prompted the store manager to seek assistance from the Pattaya Police. The police’s investigation led them to an unnamed hotel in Pattaya, where the Israeli national was a guest. An 18 year old Thai man sought help from the non-profit organisation Saimai Survive claiming that a foreign man from a Middle Eastern country raped him in a bathroom of a well-known private hospital in Bangkok‘s Sukhumvit district in the early hours of October 6. The teenage victim urged Saimai Survive founder, Ekkaphop Lueangprasert, to pursue his complaint against the foreign man at Lumpini Police Station because officers told him to wait one to two months before questioning the foreign man. The victim is worried that the foreign suspect will flee the country before the case is processed. Ekkaphop accompanied the victim to the police station today, October 10, to follow up on the case. The victim also gave an interview to the media outside the police station. The victim explained that he is a part-time worker at a coffee shop inside the hospital. Before the incident, he and his colleagues were cleaning the shop after closing at around 1am. A foreign man entered the shop and asked to buy ice cream but he refused, telling the foreigner that the shop was closed. According to the victim, the foreign man then asked the way to the bathroom. The victim said he also needed to go to the bathroom, so told the foreign man to follow him. While the victim was urinating at the urinal, the foreigner approached him from behind and dragged him into the toilet cubicle. The victim screamed and tried to resist, but the foreign man choked him and forced him to perform oral sex. The Bukkhalo Station Police are investigating a deeply unsettling case involving the discovery of a human finger in a warehouse bathroom located in Thonburi. This distressing incident took a sinister turn when surveillance camera footage unveiled a potential suspect on a motorcycle who had entered the premises and traces of blood were subsequently detected at the scene. The gruesome finding of a human finger, placed inside a lone wastebasket, coupled with the discovery of blood smears at three different spots within the warehouse, has understandably triggered a full-scale and urgent investigation. This nondescript warehouse, situated in the vicinity of Soi Charoen Nakhon 63-65, near the Suwannakliao Thong Market in Dao Khanong, Thonburi, Bangkok, has now become the focal point of a perplexing and unsettling crime scene. To shed light on this baffling situation, law enforcement authorities promptly reviewed the CCTV footage within the warehouse’s premises. According to their findings, a suspicious-looking male individual arrived on a motorcycle at approximately 3am yesterday. He skillfully parked his motorcycle in the warehouse’s inner parking lot, where investigators subsequently discovered a significant quantity of blood droplets.
