'Pattaya Police are checking CCTV footage nearby for further investigation.'  That's all they ever do.  Do they ever spot speedsters and red light runners during their daily viewing hours?  I thought not.

I never thought anyone here gets a speeding ticket. I googled that as a question The one response I did get was 70% of all the fines never are paid.

It may well be true that some 5% of the American population hanker for rice from their homeland, just as my wife did when she was living in Egypt. But I'm sure that it doesn't give jasmine rice, nice though it may be, any notable 'tourism pulling power'.

True but I was stating the popularity is golden. 5% of the population is way off. Get a grip on Americans

I wasn't aware that Jasmine Rice was known for its 'tourism pulling power either'. In fact I'd suggest that most foreign rice consumers probably have no idea where the rice they eat comes from.

That is simply not true. The real attraction is Thailand's rice. Sold in 25 or 50 pound bags. Asian in America buy only ours here.

I have just had my third booster shot of Pfizer, 3 months to the day after my second Pfizer shot.

Received all three shots at government hospital free of charge.

Side effects from booster where terrible and lasted 3 days.  Massive headache.  Severe joint and muscle pain, diarrhea.

    Where is your location?

  5. I read here that the Pfiser booster now is only a three month wait now, instead of the six month. I went to Airport Central second floor last month and was turned away as my second shot was not yet at six months so I need to know if this change too three months is true.

Glad to see another ex-Silicon Valley member here. I started my Silicon Valley career as a postdoc at Stanford back in 1987, then moved to Xerox PARC for a while, then a slew of  startup companies.

I had the chance to travel all over the world, including my first trip to Thailand in 1989. Once I had to do some product training in India and added some other stops to make it a complete around the world trip. It's how I acquired the travel bug and eventually ended up living in Thailand.

I worked my first real career job around the corner from that Xerox PARC on California Ave with Beckman Spinco. Expediter for Engineering then Engineering Buyer then Senior Electronics Buyer for Manufacturing.
