You might want to do a little research. Paying someone for sexual service is not illegal in Thailand, under most circumstances. If it was, most of the male Thai population and virtually every foreigner in Pattaya would be in jail!

What part of @spidermike007's post makes you think he "hates" Thailand? Can't people who live here criticise the culture/people?

Is it really common for tourists to marry bargirls? How do they fit it in if they're only here on holiday? It's difficult enough for expats who live here, to marry in Thailand and even more so to get their girl a visa to marry in their home country.
