  1. I'm well aware they have their detractors on this Forum - check out the threads! However, I've been with them for 3 years now and have no complaints. To be honest, I take internet reviews, both positive and negative, with a pinch of salt. My broker has many clients who use them and, thus far, nothing to make him recommend I switch.
  2. Yes, inpatient only. Serenity Package with WRLife. https://www.wrlife.org/
  3. I mostly watch CNN. Abby Philip's show at 10am Thai time is worth watching. She has a mixed panel covering all sides and they go for it! CNN provide a good balance to Fox News.
  4. Entertaining and good for Iron Mike. Not really sport though. Glad I already have Netflix as wouldn't have wanted to pay extra for it.
  5. I'm 64 and pay £2,200 a year for myself, wife and 9-year-old son. Cover $400,000.
  6. There's no smoke without fire. In 2020, Gaetz was accused of child sex trafficking and statutory rape after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old. The Justice Department investigated the claims but did not charge him. The investigation into Gaetz was related to a larger inquiry into his longtime associate Joel Greenberg. Greenberg later pled guilty in 2021 to six felony counts of sex trafficking, wire fraud, conspiracy, identity theft and stalking. CBS News reported that investigators were specifically looking at whether Gaetz sex-trafficked a minor, if he violated the Mann Act which bars the transportation of “any woman or girl for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose” across state lines and if he obstructed justice. But in September 2022, prosecutors declined to press charges against him. The Washington Post reported that prosecutors were concerned over the credibility of two key witnesses and whether they could secure a conviction if they did bring charges. The case was formally closed in February 2023.
  7. Yes, that's the general assumption. Trump's nomination allowed him to resign from the House, thus preventing the report coming out. He has no hope of being confirmed by the Senate, so hopefully he will just disappear into the criminal, trafficking underworld.
  8. I'll start getting mine in 2027 and like everyone here I deplore that fact there will be no 'triple lock' if I remain living in Thailand. However, I have no issue with, and am glad to see, those who are defrauding the system getting penalised.
  9. Nothing new. Thailand has always been open to diversity. It's one of the reasons that many choose to live here.
  10. Underage girls too; not that that will bother Epstein's chum, Trump!
  11. That was the point I was making. 'Legacy' media should be balanced; cable already. The thread is about CNN.
  12. True, the first-past-the-post system is indefensible. But it suits both Tories and Labour. Reducing the Labour majority from 156 to 155 will not worry them.
  13. You too @Celsius I was worried you really were leaving the Forum!
  14. I don't think losing one seat when they have a huge majority will be much trouble!
  15. Agree. Let's hope Trump/Huckabee can kickstart negotiations. Biden/Blinken have been useless.
  16. You have Fox News, NewsMax and One America on the right, and CNN and MNSBC on the left. Cable seems balanced to me and in any case they just cater for their political audience. Not so sure about ABC, NBC and CBS though - and that's what most people watch.
  17. Understandable, but if it means obliterating tens of thousands of Palestinian men, women and children how can it be good?
  18. Wow. I didn't see Matt Gaetz for AG coming! Even Mark Levin would be more qualified!
  19. She should still be fired. No smoke without fire.
  20. Is it really "shocking"? Or maybe they mean it's shocking that the authorities have acted rather than just condoning it.
  21. Early days. Labour don't care about being unpopular and with Bad Enoch and Farage opposing them, there's no reason why they should be. In 2 years time, when the Tories have an electable leader and Farage has imploded (or taken down the Tories completely), Labour will start preparing for an election.
