The Pattaya bar busts have always claimed that the presence of unused condoms is proof of prostitution taking place. I mean, what else are they going to be used for?
Working in China, we had big issues with Chinese-made dynamite disintegrating when left too long in waterlogged shot holes. So we bought thousands of local condoms, wrapped the charges in them before loading the hole. They were good for at least 24-hours.
Unfortunately, the Chief Driller forgot to empty his bag properly before flying back to Oz to see his wife on R&R. The fact that the condoms she found were cavernous enough for the average schlong made his claims'Honest Narelle, they're for me job' a real hard sell.

I called TOT this morning due to the outage. They told me that an undersea cable has been cut in the south of Thailand, resulting in the outage. I can only get online using my AIS phone as a mobile Hotspot. No idea when TOT service will resume.
...they might be splicing in the 'one gateway'.

Exactly the same thing happened to me 5 Years ago, on the Expressway in Bangkok, except he cut straight in front of me to go down one of the slip roads. He came from nowhere & the 1st I realized what had happened, was when he came to a stop on the concrete barrier ?
As he picked himself up & brushed himself down & started walking towards the car, I was preparing for a visit to the 'monkey house'. As he reached the car, he spoke to my partner, who told me to drive away. He had apologized to her for cutting in front of us & said it was all his fault ????
Just wish I had bought the car camera a few Months earlier, because that is one video I would love to be able to share.
..no need...he apologized for his manner of driving...and you both went on your way!

Give me a break. They are not just US politicians its a world wide political disease. Please do not insult my intelligence by quoting politicians and hard work in the same sentence. Rewarded yes and that brings us back to my quote. We have come full circle. Have a great day.
...What!...we the electors put them there.

Yes another trough feeder. Do the job a couple years and get another fat pension. He worked for Bush years ago and no doubt is collecting a stipend for services rendered. One would need a calculator to add up the mini pensions these turkeys will get and most payments start immediately not like you and I at age 65. Its just one big Washington daisy chain by membership only.
..you can always stand for parliament in your own country..do the hard work and then be rewarded as they are with the legislation they passed.

And the same kamikaze drivers will move over to THOSE larger weapons of destruction?
Would someone please explain what is the magic pill in adding five more seats?
The drivers and their habits are the elephant in the room that the Transport Ministry seems to be totally blind about.
Every government announcement dealing with this crisis pushes the "ridiculous meter" up to another incredibly higher notch. It's like the gov't "experts" are in a hermetically-sealed bubble that cannot be penetrated by logic.
Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect...Song taews seem to have very fatalities..they travel constantly the same routes..maybe because the drivers are older, more experienced, travel slower and don't take the risks.
Start regulating the drivers of these mini vans.
Start regulating the drivers of pickups.
After that...

..that's nice dear.

According to the farang deaths website, it was his backpack that he allegedly tied to the pillar. I suppose he could have slipped his arms in to the backpack before slitting his throat. Maybe he was being considerate by leaving less mess by doing it at sea.
If it was murder, it seems complicated but then again that could be the whole point.
https://www.farang-deaths.com/case/frank-thomas/
Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect..a lot of suicides do appear bizarre and complex, but when all the questions have been answered it is not as difficult, particularly the 'Why'. Of course whether he was left/right handed, the angle, length and depth of the laceration would have to be determined. He went to the trouble of leaving a message and took care of his g/f as best he could before departing this world in a planned and calculated way, at what he considered to be the correct time in his life.

Why go through all the hassle to do it when he could have easily done it in his bathroom?
Tie himself..wetsuit...backbag??
Etc etc
..bled out in the ocean..i think he was trying to be considerate and not leave a mess.

Suicidal people cut their wrists regularly. The old chap from Huddersfield in the UK who killed his unfaithful Thai 'girlfriend' in Soi Honey a few years ago then tried to kill himself by cutting his own throat. It's by no means unheard of. They probably consider it more effective and quicker than wrist cutting.
Admittedly the concrete post is a bit of a teaser.
..he wanted to be found.

"Police conclude"....
More like the reporter sensationalizing again....
The RTP are not in a legal position to conclude anything...they're there to gather evidence and present it to the Coroner at the Inquest into the man's death.
The Coroner will make any conclusions in due course..could be months away.
The deceased was obviously a troubled soul.
RIP.
