  1. How is it bizarre? The point is certainly worth arguing Then go ahead and argue whether its a legal due process with someone else. I don't waste time on such nonsense
  2. I don't recall anyone arguing that the government was the source. That wouldn't make sense on a lot of levels.
  3. Yes the legal system because that is what it is. To try and argue that point is just bizarre
  4. No not at all. New facts are always welcome unlike those who attempt to lie and deny what the judges said. The Evidence the judges had was from a confidential source, no mention of the government being that source on BBC verify.
  5. Al Jazeera? I much prefer BBC Verify and stick with the facts: "Nevertheless, the judge presiding over Abrego Garcia’s 2019 case found enough evidence—based on the confidential source—to conclude that he was affiliated with the gang, a finding later upheld by another judge. This resulted in his being denied bail. During this time, he filed for asylum to avoid deportation to El Salvador, claiming his family had been targeted by Barrio-18, a rival gang."
  6. Yes I know you prefer not to believe the legal system by way of judges decisions. You further EDIT once I had replied is more evidence of your dishonesty
  7. You can stop telling me what point I'm ignoring too. I called you out for your false claims he was not a member of a gang and provided proof via way of two separate judges and the evidence they replied on to refuse his bail.
  8. How do you know it was weak evidence. It was two judges anyway. In separate hearings. More deflection. I am not nor have I ever claimed it was correct to deport him. In fact a judge ruled he shouldn't. I respect that decision to. Unlike you I am not cherry picking which judges to believe.
  9. From the article: Tracy Brabin, Mayor of West Yorkshire, recently dismissed reports that white applicants had been blocked from applying to the police, calling them “incredibly misleading.” Yet in 2023, Chief Constable John Robins supported positive discrimination, stating that candidates from under-represented groups should “move forward” ahead of their white counterparts. The rationale? “Systemic issues around applications.” More facts
  10. More messenger attacking. There are no links to the implications made in the article that compensation claims are rising. But again that is a fact with numerous links to back it up. Plenty more examples.
  11. Really? Where? Do you have a link to dispute the below which is from BBC Verify? "Nevertheless, the judge presiding over Abrego Garcia’s 2019 case found enough evidence—based on the confidential source—to conclude that he was affiliated with the gang, a finding later upheld by another judge. This resulted in his being denied bail. During this time, he filed for asylum to avoid deportation to El Salvador, claiming his family had been targeted by Barrio-18, a rival gang."
  12. Another one who is questioning the evidence that 2 separate judges took into account and made a legal decision to deny him bail because of his gang membership.
  13. Yes I know about the order not to send him I am not arguing that as its a legal fact, it was also a judges decision via evidence that he was a gang member but you claim that bit is corrupt.
  14. The judges do not agree with you. Who is corrupting the facts here?
  15. I stated who you quoted not about you Khalil Al-Hayya Hamas’s top negotiator in the ceasefire and hostage talks said despite suing for an end to the war, the group would continue to pursue Israel’s destruction, looking toward Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque as a “compass.” https://www.timesofisrael.com/hamas-leader-touts-ceasefire-as-a-defeat-for-israel-while-hailing-oct-7-atrocities/ Like I said............
  16. Why do you keep ignoring the judges and the legal decisions made based on evidence? "Nevertheless, the judge presiding over Abrego Garcia’s 2019 case found enough evidence—based on the confidential source—to conclude that he was affiliated with the gang, a finding later upheld by another judge. This resulted in his being denied bail. During this time, he filed for asylum to avoid deportation to El Salvador, claiming his family had been targeted by Barrio-18, a rival gang."
  17. Yes they are desperate to cling to power and carry on attacking Israel. Just ask Khalil Al-Hayya who you've quoted.
  18. Yes I have but its not because of wearing a bulls cap. Proof you've not read the judges statement, already been posted twice in the topic.
  19. Wrong, its proven, have you actually read the judgement?
  20. No I am just considering your lies that I have corrected
  21. Hamas wanting more deaths via sacrifice and human shields Nearly 60% of Israelis back the resumption of fighting against Hamas in Gaza: poll Nearly three in five Israelis back the resumption of fighting in the Gaza Strip in the wake of Hamas’s rejection of a U.S. proposal to extend the ceasefire in exchange for the release of more hostages. According to a survey carried out by Israel’s Direct Polls Institute and published by Channel 14 on Monday night—before the Israel Defense Forces launched a campaign of extensive airstrikes in Gaza—59% of Israelis support the resumption of hostilities. https://nypost.com/2025/03/19/world-news/nearly-60-of-israelis-back-the-resumption-of-fighting-hamas-in-gaza-poll/
  22. So 2 separate judges denied him bail based on the evidence of his gang membership and you say its not proven...........oh my. The rest of your post is deflection again to your claim he was not a member of a gang
  23. I know. But you claimed there was no evidence of gang affiliation. You are wrong and deflect
  24. It's not me. It's 2 US judges regards his gang affiliation. Where did you get that I was implying his wife beating was a reason to remove him? Read again what you wrote and then the facts I provided.
  25. I did and it also contains this: "The board added in a statement: "Others would no doubt put more emphasis on the fundamental responsibility of Hamas for this ghastly situation and the need to ensure that they are prevented from ever repeating the heinous crimes of October 7."
