  1. What makes you think I have to address points you mentioned that come from the UN spokesman? I read the article. Interesting, no further comment needed. I did provide a response with another very important actor in this war that also addresses the UNRWA issue and states quite clearly that it should not be changed yet. So agreeing with the UN Spokesman. My comment of "but for longer term, well that is one of the solutions that still needs to be agreed on by all" remains.
  2. I think changing the agency in the middle of a war is a no no and everyone will eventually agree with that but for longer term, well that is one of the solutions that still needs to be agreed on by all. February 01, 2024 COGAT say no immediate replacement for UNRWA in Gaza While Elian acknowledged the potential for alternative aid organizations, including those affiliated with the United Nations, he highlighted the absence of an immediate replacement capable of efficiently distributing humanitarian supplies in the Gaza Strip. He emphasized that, for the time being, collaboration with UNRWA is unavoidable. https://www.i24news.tv/en/news/israel-at-war/1706778362-cogat-say-no-immediate-replacement-for-unrwa-in-gaza
  3. I wasn't responding to your previous posts, only this one that needed you to amend your error. The death and injured figures that are issued daily by Hamas first need to be believed. Then once anyone's convinced themselves they are pretty accurate you have got to deduct the deaths and injuries from the failed rockets that Hamas has shot at Israel and landed back in Gaza. Then of course the current deaths of Hamas fighters are 10,000 that need to be deducted. As for how many Hamas fighters injured, well if 10,000 have been killed then thousands must have been injured.
  4. Full transcript here on this lengthy twitter post with links to all the evidence. The Case Against UNRWA Testimony by UN Watch Executive Director Hillel Neuer before the United States Congress, House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Joint Hearing of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Accountability and the Subcommittee on Global Health, Global Human Rights, and International Organizations, January 30, 2024 https://twitter.com/HillelNeuer/status/1752551955891720524
  5. The IDF has killed almost 70,000 Palestinians since 7 Oct, but I never said (to my recollection) that the Zionists' intentions were to kill all Palestinians. I believe in that context, I used the word "eliminate," which could mean kill, but could also mean the removal of them. (Which, by the way, CNN has reported this morning they are starting to do in Rafah in Gaza.) Not getting involved in the debate on the ceasefire proposals with you as the current Hamas demands are delusional and my opinion of your proposal remains the same, also delusional but your obvious mistake here of claiming 70,000 Palestinians since 7 Oct have been killed needs a correction from you.
  6. How did the IDF uncover a tunnel under UNRWA's headquarters? It would not be possible without either blowing up the headquarters, or IDF soldiers illegally breaking into it. After your first line I ignored the rest.
  7. Giant Hamas tunnel found under UNRWA’s Gaza headquarters During a meeting between U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Prime Minister Netanyahu in Jerusalem on Wednesday, the American diplomat was shown photos of a giant tunnel that was exposed in recent days underneath the central headquarters of UNRWA in the Gaza Strip. The meeting was attended by senior officials from both sides. The Israeli leader showed Blinken proof of the misuse of the UNRWA headquarters’ underground premises for apparent terrorist tunneling purposes. https://www.jns.org/giant-tunnel-discovered-under-unrwas-gaza-headquarters
  8. Out of all the vids I've seen, this one probably shows the day to day fighting more than others that IDF have to face on the ground. Terrorists in civilian clothing in intense urban warfare.
  9. By the dog bed not the best place Joe, come on mate..... Classified documents by dog bed, memory troubles and ghostwriter deleting files: Takeaways from Biden report It did, however, contain much that will concern many Americans and was overall far from complimentary of the incumbent president. The investigators painted a picture of a senile president with severe memory issues whose innocence was less clear than his supporters would have hoped, while not necessarily coming across to a potential jury as malicious or criminal. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/biden-report-key-points-classified-b2493203.html
  10. Probably better than the source headline. Biden's own DOJ said he has 'diminished faculties and a faulty memory': Classified docs probe reveals he left Afghan files next to dog bed in garage, forgot when his son Beau died AND couldn't remember when he was vice president
  11. Well the point was that there is a reason information gets classified. Biden passing this info on to his ghost writer for a book was probably not the best idea. Not implying he did this knowingly.
  12. Ghostwriter deleted Biden recordings The report also says that Mr Biden divulged classified material from his hand-written notebooks to the ghostwriter for his 2018 memoir Promise Me, Dad. The ghostwriter, Mark Zwonitzer, deleted audio recordings of discussions with Mr Biden after learning of the special counsel's probe, the report says. Prosecutors considered filing charges against the ghostwriter, but ultimately declined to do so after determining that his deleting of the tape was "his standard practice with his clients". https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-68245617
  13. Ignored every point made in my response.....lol Here have a little more fake rage on the new topic US lawmakers demand resignations of UN secretary general & UNRWA chief
  14. Another large tunnel complex found where they held hostages. The IDF reveals a major Hamas tunnel in southern Gaza's Khan Younis, previously used by senior members of the terror group and later repurposed to hold hostages. Troops of the elite Yahalom combat engineering unit and other special forces under the 98th Division raided the "strategic" underground network, which the IDF says was around one kilometer long. The IDF says senior Hamas officials previously resided in the tunnel, and hostages were later held there during the war. "The troops battled terrorists in the tunnel, breached blast doors, and neutralized explosive devices," the IDF says. In the tunnel, the IDF says troops found a holding cell where the hostages were previously kept, a bathroom and a resting area for the terrorists guarding the hostages. https://twitter.com/IDF/status/1755215632084107406
  15. I don't know anyone who is pro genocide aside from Hamas Hamas's Genocidal Intentions Were Never a Secret
  16. Special counsel report sends shockwaves through Congress A special counsel report released Thursday detailing memory lapses by President Biden sparked swift and fierce reactions from members of Congress. Why it matters: Republicans quickly seized on the report, with Democrats privately panicking about the potential impact of its findings. A senior House Democrat told Axios they are "going to take time to read the report," but added that it is "obviously concerning." "Oy vey," said another House Democrat in reaction to the details. https://www.axios.com/2024/02/08/biden-memory-special-counsel-report-congress ‘A nightmare’: Special counsel’s assessment of Biden’s mental fitness triggers Democratic panic WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden sidestepped any criminal charges as the investigation into his handling of classified documents concluded, but the political blowback from the special counsel’s report Thursday could prove even more devastating, reinforcing impressions that he is too old and impaired to hold the highest office. Special counsel Robert Hur’s portrait of a man who couldn’t remember when he served as Barack Obama’s vice president, or the year when his beloved son Beau died, dealt a blow to Biden’s argument that he is still sharp and fit enough to serve another four-year term. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2024-election/-nightmare-special-counsels-assessment-bidens-mental-fitness-triggers-rcna137975
  17. So plan B being? Who else is there for the Dems if this is true? Special counsel report specifically cites Biden's age and poor memory as a reason he wasn't charged US Special Counsel Robert Hur's newly released report cites President Joe Biden's memory and advanced age as a reason not to charge him for mishandling classified documents. In Hur's yearlong investigation, his team found several classified documents improperly stored outside the White House stemming from Biden's time in the Senate and vice presidency. https://www.businessinsider.com/special-counsel-report-biden-age-poor-memory-reason-no-charges-2024-2
  18. Your just making up your own facts. @Brickleberry Your point 4 for instance. No its NOT a legal issue. Its your fake rage only. The UNRWA is NOT being stifled from distributing aid because of this. The countries that have temporarily suspended aid money only account for around 50% of the aid UNRWA get and the UN have also stated the budget will last till end of Feb or early March anyway. Your ridiculous claim that this is making those countries legally complicit in genocide is just off the wall!! I wonder why Arab countries supply so much less aid to UNRWA than the west, perhaps time for them to step up regardless of this. Some do provide but nowhere near the amounts the west does.
  19. Accused UNRWA staff 'betrayed' agency, says group's Gaza chief "I've spoken to a large number of our staff in the last few days, Palestinian staff, and equally they are shocked by the actions of this small group. "Essentially, they've betrayed the organisation, they've betrayed their mission as humanitarians and they've betrayed the Palestinians themselves and compromised this vital aid operation." https://news.sky.com/story/israel-hamas-war-accused-unrwa-staff-betrayed-agency-says-groups-gaza-chief-13065574
  20. He keeps posting Hamas talking points, no wonder you agree with it all. Do you actually remember what ICJ ordered Hamas to do with the hostages? Do you remember what the UN Security Council ordered?
  21. Of course, Hamas insists on the UNRWA as part of phase 1. No surprise there, its a healthy employee for Hamas fighters and its mainly Western Countries that finance it, Arab countries, not much at all compared.
  22. I will use 'we' to refer to normal human beings as many times as i like. we we we we we. If we can't acknowledge the truth when it is literally in front of our eyes, then we have issues. we we we we we. Very childish but then you started your post off with a personal attack so no surprise. This collective "we" does not by the way include the 16 or so donor countries who are the ones that actually pay for the UNWRA. They want to ensure their money and the money of their tax payers is not going to support terrorists' within the UN. They want to ensure the curriculum in the schools designed to incite hate towards Jews is not taught anymore.
  23. No that's what he said first time on the 9th Oct and had no need to make another statement. It was the same time they declared war on Hamas. https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/defense-minister-announces-complete-siege-of-gaza-no-power-food-or-fuel/
  24. This evening @IDFSpokesperson conveyed to the public the tragic news that “we have notified thirty-one families that their loved ones who are hostages are no longer alive and we have confirmed their deaths. To the rest of the families, we have provided all the verified information available to us about their fate and condition.” https://twitter.com/LTCPeterLerner/status/1754980465675530355 Internal Israeli Report Says a Fifth of the Remaining Hostages Have Died. The report’s estimate that 32 of the remaining 136 captives have not survived their ordeals is higher than previous numbers the Israeli authorities have disclosed. https://archive.ph/P6uU3 https://www.nytimes.com/2024/02/06/world/middleeast/israel-gaza-hostages-dead.html
  25. Defense Minister Yoav Gallant says half of Hamas's fighters have been killed or seriously wounded by IDF troops. "The IDF operates with strength and precision. The ground operation is progressing and achieving its goals. Our forces operate on the ground in most of the territory of the Gaza Strip," Gallant says in a press conference. "18 Hamas battalions are dismantled and no longer function as fighting military frameworks. About half of the Hamas terrorists have been killed or seriously wounded," he says. https://twitter.com/manniefabian/status/1754553536115859963
