On Wednesday, terrorists launched mortars at the maritime construction site, damaging several pieces of engineering equipment

Gazan terrorists fired mortar shells on Wednesday towards the construction work on the humanitarian pier being built off the coast of Gaza.

i24NEWS has learned that several pieces of American engineering equipment were damaged in the attack. In addition, one person was slightly injured while running to a protected area.

Biden and 17 other world leaders call for ‘immediate release’ of hostages held by Hamas

President Joe Biden and a group of 17 other heads of state and government whose citizens are being held hostages by Hamas are calling for the hostages’ “immediate release” and urging the militant group to accept a deal that has been pending for some time now in an extraordinary joint statement released on Thursday.

“We emphasise that the deal on the table to release the hostages would bring an immediate and prolonged ceasefire in Gaza that would facilitate a surge of additional necessary humanitarian assistance to be delivered throughout Gaza,” the leaders will say.

Al Jazeera the terrorist employers who take there reports directly from Hamas authorities and distribute them with glee. Forgetting to mention that Nasser Hospital is where 30 of the hostages were held and where mass graves were there before the IDF entered, there is even video of the Palestinians digging it before. The IDF did sift through much of it looking for hostage bodies.

GeoConfirmed ISR-PAL Investigation. Palestinians are exhuming bodies from the grounds of the Nasser Medical Complex hospital complex in Khan Younis, Gaza. This is occurring at the same location where mass graves were dug and burial ceremonies had taken place by Palestinians in recent months. (Proof in this thread)

Claims that "mass graves" were dug by Israel at Gaza hospitals to bury "hundreds of bodies" have been disproven.

Palestinians themselves buried bodies there long before the IDF entered the area. The evidence is in the thread below.

This is a lie. A blood libel.

“Misinformation is circulating regarding a mass grave that was discovered at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis. The grave in question was dug — by Gazans — a few months ago,” Israeli army spokesman Major Nadav Shoshani wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “This fact is corroborated by social media documentation uploaded by Gazans at the time of the burial, as seen in the video below.”

“Any attempt to blame Israel for burying civilians in mass graves is categorically false and a mere example of a disinformation campaign aimed at delegitimizing Israel,” Shoshani added.

Stuff you can’t deal with is trolling?

No that's you troll baiting again, making quite a habit of that now.

    Yes you did.

    Any comment on that?

    No Brian.

You asked a question I answered it.

Now let’s see if you can follow this:

EP states he’s seen no news of a prisoner/hostage exchange.

I provide a link to the latest news I had seen on the matter.

Me providing that link in response to EP asking for a link is absolutely no endorsement on my part of any conditions attached to the reported exchange offer.

Let me know if there is anything about that you don’t understand.

I provide a link to the latest news I had seen on the matter.

Yes you provided a link and I updated it, dejavu moment here :saai:

Your deflection now into an entirely different subject is complex, you can find what I've said about it numerous times in the appropriate topic. However as with the US statements, my belief is that its baseless

I’ve asked you to explain why are you surprised.

    It’s a statement you made.

You presumably made that statement on the basis of information and or beliefs you held at the time of making the statement.

So once again, why are you surprised?

That's an easy one, you are a believer in rights for all yes?

    So why avoid this?

The UN Security Council and ICJ have both ordered that the hostages be released immediately with no pre conditions, I presume you agree?

I have absolutely no problem with you providing a link to more recent news the matter (although that link was not specifically addressing the matter of prisoner/hostage exchange).

    As I said earlier:

“I agree, I was just updating with a link to the more recent news I had seen.”

Why you might think so would have a problem with you providing more recent news when I had already made that statement is a mystery.

That's good, I will do it again when necessary

I have absolutely no comment on the  acceptability of the demands.

I was simply supplying linked evidence of the prisoner/hostage exchange offer EQ had asked for a link on.

I am very surprised you don't. Terrorists keeping and raping hostages. There should be zero demands for returning them immediately with no pre conditions.

  11. Quote

Kates and Barakat represented themselves as speaking on behalf of Samidoun, the “Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network,” at the meeting.

In reality, Barakat is a senior member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), which is a designated terrorist organization responsible for a string of attacks on Israeli civilians and closely allied to both Hamas and Hezbollah.

So they had actual members of terrorist orgs speaking to the students, indoctrinating them and then wonder why there are these protests. Jeez

This sounds pretty hysterical to me. You repeatedly have conflated a 13000 bodycount figure of Hama deaths claimed by Netanyahu with the Gaza Health Ministry figures now around 32000, which greatly understates the death toll since many people are buried under collapsed buildings, and the missing are not counted among the 32000. In the near future we may have many dying, especially children, from starvation, as well.

    https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/netanyahu-says-least-13000-terrorists-among-palestinians-killed-2024-03-10/

The 13000 bodycount is propaganda, possibly collated from IDF reports of "kills". Do these "kills" include people said to be Hamas shot in hospital beds and the summary executions discovered in a mass grave at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis? Those who died in hospital beds might be in the Health Ministry register since their identity was probably known, so there could be a small overlap between IDF bodycount and figures reported by hospitals.

Nick is right, you may want to check the data in the other topics:

Your interpretation is so tenuous, it's painful.  This whole thread has been  hijacked by the pro-semite, anti-semite groups, with the exception of a few moderate posters. I'd back the judgement of the police, (despite how non PC their warning was, to this guy).  Any reasonable person would assume that he was there for the sole purpose of antagonizing an anti-war demonstration.

  17. Another vile propaganda video of one of the hostages released by the terrorists yesterday,  Hersh Goldberg-Polin. He was one of the 29 people that had huddled together in one of the shelters at the Nova Music festival before Hamas began to throw grenades inside. Eight people survived by hiding under the bodies of the dead, he was one, although had his hand blown off and taken hostage. He's an Israeli-American.
